我国“创新驱动、转型升级”重大战略号召鼓励培育“专精特新”优势的科技创业企业突出专业专长的优势，在行业细分领域精耕细作，不断提升企业的核心竞争力。在机遇与危机并存的环境中，在科创公司的交易行为日趋复杂和频繁的背景下，公司应当更加重视契约治理，并充分发挥契约的控制功能和协调、适应功能。采用契约治理可以减少成员间的利益分配纠纷，保持较好的团队互动关系，能更好地推进创业成功。

以此为基础，本文通过对A企业创业团队管理问题的研究和讨论，通过对创业历程的回顾、创业发展管理中所存在的现实问题的归纳和总结以及创业团队产生此类问题的原因的剖析，研究发现A企业不同阶段存在不同的问题及原因。结合契约治理理论、资源拼凑理论对科创型创业团队的合作问题进行分析，提出解决对策。

本文的主要贡献体现在：

首先，基于科创型创业团队的特性因素情境，进行针对性的研究，丰富了科创型新创企业的相关研究成果。

其次，从生命周期视角探讨了A企业创业团队的契约治理问题，为相关研究提供一个新的视角。

最后，在A企业科创型创业团队契约治理问题解决的基础上，对A企业契约治理的成功经验进行了理论分析和归纳，对同一类型科创型创业团队的契约化治理具有一定的借鉴与参考意义。

According to China's major "innovation-driven, transformation and upgrading" strategy，it is important to support the development of "specialized, refined and innovative" technology start-up businesses in order to highlight the benefits of specialized knowledge, cultivate industry segmentation extensively, and continuously raise core competitiveness of businesses. enterprises should pay more attention to contract governance and emphasize the roles of control, coordination and adaptation of contracts as transaction activities of scientific and technological innovation enterprises become more complex and frequent in an environment of both opportunities and crises. Adopting contract governance can improve teamwork, prevent conflicts over how members should divide their interests, and increase entrepreneurship success.

On this basis, the study discovers that there are various issues and causes in various stages of enterprise A. This is based on the analysis of the management issues faced by the entrepreneurial team of enterprise A, the study and discussion of the management issues faced by the team, the review of the entrepreneurial process, the introduction and summary of the current practical issues in the management of the entrepreneurial development, and the analysis of the reasons for such issues. Combined with contract governance theory and resource patchwork theory, this paper analyzes the cooperation problems of scientific innovation entrepreneurial teams and puts forward countermeasures.

The main contributions of this paper are as follows:

First and foremost, focused research is conducted based on the situational features of the entrepreneurial group of new ventures, in order to enhance the relevant research results of scientific and creative new ventures.

Secondly, this study addresses the contract governance of enterprise A's entrepreneurial team from the life cycle viewpoint, offering a fresh angle for related research.

Finally, the theoretical analysis and conclusion of the successful experience of contract governance of A enterprise , which has some reference significance for the contractual governance of the same type of scientific innovation entrepreneurial team, is based on the resolution of the problem of contract governance of the scientific innovation entrepreneurial team of A enterprise.
