家庭暴力是世界各国普遍存在的现象，随着社会的发展和人们文化素质的相对提高，家庭暴力已不再仅仅表现为传统的拳脚相加式的施暴方式，一种新的隐性暴力——以冷落、漠视等为主要特征的家庭冷暴力正悄然滋长和蔓延，日益成为破坏家庭幸福，造成社会不稳定的因素之一。但是，家庭冷暴力并没有得到社会的足够重视，仅有的研究也大都限于从加害人的角度进行，而实际上基于对冷暴力行为的现实考察，不难发现在众多的场合下，正是源于被害人自身的被害性特征或者认识上、道德上或法律上的“过错”，对家庭冷暴力行为的发生或最终过渡产生了直接或间接影响。因此本文把被害人视为家庭冷暴力产生过程中的一个能动因素，从犯罪学的角度出发，具体阐明被害人在家庭冷暴力生成过程中的被害性特征、作用方式和程度，并重点分析加害与被害之间的互动关系,并在此基础上从被害前预防和被害后预防两个阶段提出了被害预防措施和解决机制。

Domestic violence is a common phenomenon in the world. With the social development and the improvement of people's cultural quality, domestic violence is no longer merely reflected the traditional way of physical domestic violence, but also reflected the invisible domestic violence. Although the invisible domestic violence has become more and more serious, it did not receive adequate attention of society, and most studies have only limited from the perspective of offenders. In fact, from the investigation on the invisible domestic violence, we will find that in many occasions, the victim's characteristics and behavior have an important impact on the occurrence of the invisible domestic violence. So this article will talk about the impact of the victim on the invisible domestic violence. At the same time, this article will specifically analyze the characteristics and victimity of victim so as to find out the interaction between the victim and the offender. Finally I will put forward some feasible proposals from the perspective of victims to prevent the invisible domestic violence.
