问题行为是中学生中最普遍的问题，他们的表现方式各异，这些问题行为如果得不到及时的处理或引导，将不利于学生的身心健康发展，不仅会荒废自己的学业，而且很容易形成消极的人格特征。本研究中，笔者就自己的工作实际，利用自身的行动研究，将所任班级中学生典型问题行为列出来，运用行为矫正技术原理，将理论与实际联系帮助学生减少其问题行为。笔者通过观察，将学生的逃课行为、长期不交作业，损坏公物行为作为矫正的主要对象。

The problem behavior of middle school students is the most common problem in a different way, their performance ,these problem in a different way, their performance ,these problem behaviors if not problem in a different way, their performance, these problem behaviors if not promptly treated or guide ,is not conducive to physical and mental health of students, not only will waste their academic and is easy to form a negative personality. In this study, the author`s own practical work, using their own action research, the middle school students` problem behavior as the typical list, application behavior correction technology principle, the theory and practice to help students reduce their problem behavior . Through observation ,students will be skipped classes, class long without teaching behavior ,damage to property as the main object of behavior correction.
