本文中通过文献研究结合调查问卷的方法，对新冠疫情对韩国民众经济的影响进行了调查，并提出了相应的应对方案。通过研究后发现，新冠疫情不仅对韩国经济造成了巨大的冲击，而且也给韩国民众经济带来了许多负面的影响。通过回归分析后发现，所有的个人特征因素性别、年龄、婚姻状况、子女状况、工作性质、是否有工作、月可支配收入等与新冠疫情对个体产生的没有显著关系。为此，针对这些影响，文中提出了一些改善的建议。例如，政府与地方启动预算，帮助中小企业恢复经济；加大发放紧急灾难支援金；制定可以通过多种手段获得紧急灾难支援金的规定等。

In this thesis, we investigated the impact of COVID-19 on the Korean household finance through analyzing relevant research materials and completed questionnaire, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through the research, we can find that the COVID-19 has not only caused a considerable influence over the Korean economy in general, but also brought many negative impacts on the Korean people's household finance. Especially through the linear regression analysis, we realized that any of the individual characteristics such as gender, age, marital status, child dependents, the nature of jobs, employment status, or monthly disposable income of the Korean people were not significantly related to the impact of COVID-19 on individuals. Therefore, in view of these effects, this paper provides some useful suggestions for future improvement. For example, the both central and local government can start to release the budgets to help small and medium-sized enterprises recover their financial loss; allocate emergency relief funds to support individuals with financial difficulties; establish particular regulations that can grant them emergency relief funds through various means, etc.
