本论文采用溶剂热合成法,以MnAc2·4H2O、ZnAc2·2H2O,硫粉,正丁胺/正己胺为反应物,在一定温度和反应时间下,合成出了一系列掺锰8%的ZnS无机层与有机单胺层交替有序排列的[(Zn0.92Mn0.08S)2·L](L=正丁胺,正己胺)层状杂化物。并且通过多晶X射线衍射、紫外可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱等对这些不同单胺杂化的层状杂化物进行了结构表征和性质研究。将合成的层状杂化物进一步进行分散处理,旋涂在石英基片上制成发光薄膜,并且通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射对薄膜的结构和形貌进行表征。最后用电化学工作站对薄膜进行线性扫描伏安法表征,与空白石英基片对比,研究其发光太阳能聚光性能。

In this thesis, a series of ZnS-doped Mn-doped MnS were synthesized by solvothermal synthesis method with MnAc2·4H2O, ZnAc2·2H2O, sulfur powder and n-butylamine/n-hexylamine as reactants at a certain temperature and reaction time. [(Zn0.92Mn0.08S)2·L] (L=n-butylamine, n-hexylamine) layered hybrid in which the layer and the organic monoamine layer are alternately arranged. The structural characterization and properties of these different monoamine hybridized layered hybrids were studied by polycrystalline X-ray diffraction, UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The synthesized layered hybrid was further subjected to dispersion treatment, spin-coated on a quartz substrate to prepare a light-emitting film, and the structure and morphology of the film were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Finally, the film was characterized by linear sweep voltammetry using an electrochemical workstation, and compared with the blank quartz substrate, the luminescent solar concentrating properties were studied.
