生物入侵是危害全球的环境问题,研究生物入侵的机制离不开对于入侵生物与本地种竞争关系的探究。而优先效应能为入侵种带来竞争优势,进一步促进入侵种的成功入侵和扩散。随着工业化的发展,酸雨也成为了广泛发生的环境问题之一,酸雨能够对植物产生一定伤害,但酸雨对入侵植物与本地植物间竞争关系的影响还不够了解。本研究以入侵植物豚草(Ambrosia artemisiifolia)与其本地竞争种蒙古蒿(Artemisia mongolica)作为研究材料,结合豚草的种子萌发的特性,进行模拟酸雨的De-Wit替代实验,以竞争反应(CR)、竞争效应(CE)、相对竞争强度(RCI)与竞争攻击力系数(AG)为竞争指标,使用广义线性模型(GLM)等统计分析方法,探究在早萌发前提下,豚草是否相对蒙古蒿产生了优先效应以及优先效应受酸雨的影响。结果表明在早萌发前提下,豚草相对蒙古蒿具有优先效应,酸雨对处于相对恶劣的竞争环境中的豚草与蒙古蒿都有抑制效果并且酸雨会增强豚草对蒙古蒿的优先效应。在入侵植物的防治方面,为避免优先效应为入侵植物带来的优势,应该对入侵植物进行早期防治,并且加强大气治理,从多方面保护生态环境。

Biological invasion is a global environmental problem. To better understanding the mechanism of biological invasion, the study on competitive interactions between invasive and native species is necessary. The priority effect of early arriving or early germination can bring competitive advantage for the invasive species and further promote the successful invasion and spread of the invasive species. Acid rain has also become one of the widespread environmental problems as industrialization developed, which can cause damage to plants and may change the interactions between invasive plants and native plants. Our study aims to investigate the impact of acid rain on the competitive interactions between invasive plant Ambrosia artemisiifolia and its native competitor species Artemisia mongolica under the premise of early germination of A. artemisiifolia. We performed De-Wit substitution experiments on A. artemisiifolia and A. mongolica, and treated them with simulated acid rain. We used the competitive response (CR) , competitive effect (CE) , relative competitive intensity (RCI) and aggressivity (AG) as the competitive index and analyzed the data with generalized linear model (GLM), to explore whether early germinated A. artemisiifolia had a priority effects over A. mongolica and whether the priority effects were influenced by acid rain. The results showed that early germinated A. artemisiifolia had a priority effects over A. mongolica, and acid rain enhanced the priority effects. To avoid the advantage of the priority effects of invasive plants, it is necessary to carry out early prevention and control of invasive plants, strengthen atmospheric governance, and protect the ecological environment from different aspects.
