汉语国际教育教师培养中,理论知识是基础,真实课堂的授课能力是本专业学生在培养过程中所注重的素质,更是汉语国际教育从业者教授汉语、传播中国文化的必备技能。教师试讲实践的好坏影响着教师今后对外汉语教学的发展方向、教学质量的优劣以及教师的自我效能感。然而,由于当前试讲实践活动存在较大模拟性,影响教师试讲水平的提升。因此,对试讲的模拟性教学分析尤为重要。

在仔细分析各类教师试讲平台(如汉语国际推广基地岗前培训)特点的基础上,本研究通过问卷调查和在线访谈的方式,对已参与过试讲培训的汉语教师志愿者进行了调查,了解他们在岗前培训试讲环节和海外课堂教学中的体会,总结汉语教师试讲实践中存在的问题。基于此调查结果,本研究通过广泛搜集与分析整理汉办岗前培训中的试讲视频,描述模拟试讲中试讲者以截取、压缩、混合三种方式处理试讲材料的现状,以及命题者的命题类型和考察目的;之后,分析试讲中教学对象的模拟性;最后,聚焦模拟试讲中试讲者的认知处理、技能训练等教学行为来分析其在试讲中的模拟性。同时,依据详实的示例和严谨的分析得出结论,讨论目前试讲环节存在的模拟性,从高校增加实践课程在培养方案中的比例;试讲组织者优化试讲流程、时间安排、组织形式、点评者选择、模拟教学对象协调、教学观摩安排以及试讲内容的统筹对试讲组织者提出具体建议。同时对试讲者在试讲时间、试讲内容、试讲亮点、教学语言教姿教态和教学对象等方面提出可操作性较强的建议。

本研究的相关分析和建议,能够为即将或正在从事汉语国际教育事业,想要了解并提高试讲水平的学者同仁提供参考依据;有关数据也能为国家汉办、教学机构从顶层设计层面对试讲实践进行优化调整提供依据。

In the training of teachers of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, the theoretical knowledge is the foundation, and the teaching ability of real classroom is the quality that students of this major pay attention to in the training process, and it is the essential skill for practitioners of Chinese international education to teach Chinese and spread Chinese culture. The quality of teachers' trial teaching practice affects the future development direction of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the quality of teaching and the teachers' self-efficacy. However, due to the large simulation of current practice activities, the improvement of teachers' teaching level is affected. Therefore, it is particularly important to analyze the simulation teaching.

After carefully analyse the characteristics of platform(such as Chinese international promotion base) for all kinds of teachers’s trial teaching practice, on the basis of this study, by means of questionnaire and interviews online volunteers to have been involved in simulating teaching training of Chinese language teachers, know their in pre-service training simulating teaching part and overseas experience in classroom teaching, summarizes the problems existing in the teaching demonstration of Chinese teachers to practice. Based on the results of this survey, this study extensively collects and analyzes the trial lecture videos in hanban's pre-service training to describe the current situation of the simulated pilot lecture speakers who process the trial lecture materials in three ways: interception, compression and mixing, as well as the types of propositions and the purpose of investigation. After that, the simulation of teaching object is analyzed. Finally, this paper focuses on the cognitive processing and skill training of the pilot speakers to analyze their simulation in the trial. Then according to the detailed examples and rigorous analysis to draw a conclusion, discuss the current simulation of the trial teaching part from the university to increase the proportion of practical courses in the training program; The organizer of the trial lecture proposed specific Suggestions to the organizer of the trial lecture by optimizing the process, time arrangement, organizational form, reviewer selection, the coordination of simulated teaching objects, the arrangement of teaching observation and the overall planning of the trial lecture. At the same time, the author puts forward practical Suggestions on the time, content, highlights, teaching language, teaching attitude and teaching object.

The relevant analysis and suggestions of this study can provide reference for the scholars who are engaged in the international education of Chinese as a foreign language and want to understand and improve the level of trial teaching. Relevant data can also provide a basis for Hanban and teaching institutions to optimize and adjust the practice of trial teaching at the top level.
