本研究从工艺的角度出发,研究了硼酸盐循环水处理药剂在中央空调循环冷却水中的效能。并通过模拟循环冷却水小试系统运行,获取相关参数及药剂特征,结合实际运行经验,对小试系统进行了如下的优化再设计工作:(1)针对冷却塔过短、冷却距离不足、填料拦截絮体等问题重新设计冷却塔高度,更换更适合填料;(2)针对补水池设计长度不足、沉淀分离难以实现等问题设分离投药区及沉淀区,沉淀区设斜板沉淀池实现沉淀分离;此外,结合学校艺术楼中央空调系统,完成了使用硼酸盐循环水处理药剂下的系统沉淀池设计,实现中央空调循环冷却水系统进一步节能节水低碳减排,为后续材料的扩大规模研究提供了实验基础与设计参数。

外文摘要:

The purpose of this study is to explore the use of new compound pharmaceutical in the circulating cooling water system of central air conditioning from the perspective of process. Based on the experimental and pilot design, basic data parameters are obtained to optimize the drug addition and precipitation process design in the circulating water purification technology of new pharmaceutical: (1) The height of the cooling tower should be redesigned to solve such problems as too short cooling tower, insufficient cooling distance and condiment blocking floc, and better packing should be replaced; (2) In view of the insufficient design length of the replenishment tank and the difficulty in realizing precipitation separation, the separation dosing area and precipitation area are set up, and the precipitation area is set up with inclined plate sedimentation tank to realize precipitation separation; In addition, combined with the central air conditioning system of the art building of the school, the dosing and precipitation design of the circulating cooling water system when using the new composite pharmaceutical was completed, so as to realize further energy saving, water saving, low-carbon emission reduction of the circulating cooling water system of the central air conditioning, and provide data and theoretical basis for the subsequent use of new pharmaceutical materials in the circulating cooling water purification process.
