本文围绕G银行手机银行项目风险管理展开研究,基于项目风险管理的理论,深入地剖析手机银行项目在风险识别、风险评估以及风险计划环节存在的问题。本文对手机银行项目风险管理的现状进行了详细的分析,通过访谈深入调查了手机银行项目风险管理存在的问题,并对问题产生的原因进行了归纳与总结,得出手机银行项目风险管理的问题主要有管理制度不健全、管理组织不合理以及管理方法不科学的结论。为了解决G银行手机银行项目风险管理存在的这些问题,本文提出了相应的解决方案,包括完善风险管理制度、优化风险管理组织以及采用科学的风险识别和风险评估方法。

在数字化转型的浪潮中,银行业务将面临更多的挑战和机遇,加强项目风险管理,提高项目交付的成功率和质量,对银行业务的未来发展起到至关重要的作用。通过本文的研究和分析,对G银行而言,能够为其在DevOps转型背景下的手机银行项目风险管理实践提供实际的参考和指导。同时,本文的研究也具有广泛的借鉴意义,不仅对G银行其他项目在进行类似转型时的项目风险管理具有启示作用,也为同行业的其他企业在项目风险管理方面提供了一定的参考和借鉴。因此,本文的研究对于提升项目风险管理水平、保障项目顺利实施和成功交付具有重要意义,有助于促进银行业务在数字化转型中的持续发展和创新。

There are numerous issues in the risk management of G Bank's mobile banking project, which have hindered the smooth delivery of the project and resulted in the project outcomes falling short of expectations. With the advent of the digital era, the banking business is undergoing tremendous transformation. To adapt to this change and maintain competitiveness, G Bank has decided to undergo a DevOps transformation. However, during the transformation process of the mobile banking project, new risk factors such as cultural shifts and organizational changes have emerged. This paper aims to delve deeply into the challenges faced by G Bank's mobile banking project risk management in the context of DevOps transformation and accordingly propose targeted optimization strategies.

This paper focuses on the research of risk management in G Bank's mobile banking project. Based on the theory of project risk management, it delves deeply into the issues existing in risk identification, risk assessment, and risk planning of the mobile banking project. This paper conducts a detailed analysis of the current status of risk management in the mobile banking project, investigates the existing problems in risk management through interviews, and summarizes the causes of these problems. It is concluded that the main issues in risk management of the mobile banking project include incomplete management systems, unreasonable management organizations, and unscientific management methods. To address these issues in the risk management of G Bank's mobile banking project, this paper proposes corresponding solutions, including improving the risk management system, optimizing the risk management organization, and adopting scientific methods for risk identification and risk assessment.

In the wave of digital transformation, banking business will face more challenges and opportunities. Strengthening project risk management and improving the success rate and quality of project delivery will play a crucial role in the future development of banking business.Through the research and analysis of this paper, for G Bank, it can provide practical reference and guidance for its mobile banking project risk management practice in the context of DevOps transformation.At the same time, the research of this paper also has broad reference significance. It not only has an enlightening effect on the project risk management of other projects of G Bank in similar transformation, but also provides certain reference and reference for other enterprises in the same industry in the aspect of project risk management.Therefore, the research of this paper is of great significance for improving the level of project risk management, ensuring the smooth implementation and successful delivery of the project, and helps to promote the sustainable development and innovation of banking business in the digital transformation.
