中国和韩国不仅在地理上属于近邻，而且在文化上同属于儒家文化圈。加之韩国也有较长使用汉字的历史，从古至今两国在文化上一直有着密切往来。电视剧不仅可以反映一定的社会现实状况，也可以折射出一个国家或地区的文化基调。中韩两国虽然在文化上有一定的相通性，但是由于国家体制和民族传统等原因，在文化的某些方面又体现出一定的差异。因此，通过分析中韩两国电视剧的异同，对于探究两国文化层面的相似与差别大有裨益。

具体而言，都市情感题材电视剧由于贴近当下人的生活状态及心理变化，深受大众喜爱。本文主要以2010年以来在中韩电视剧热播榜排名前五位的都市情感剧为研究对象，从内容、叙事、视听、制作等方面进行对比，分析两国都市情感电视剧的异同。研究发现，在内容上中韩都市情感剧均以年轻人的爱情为主，在叙事上均有主线和次线之分。不同之处在于，中国都市情感剧更重视故事本身的情节发展，而韩国都市情感剧更重视视听觉的效果；此外，在播放模式上中国是“先录后播”的模式，而韩国则是“边录边播”的模式。最后，本文也对影响两国电视剧制作的因素进行了相关论述。本研究对于增强中韩都市情感题材电视剧的交流与发展有所帮助。

China and South Korea are not only close neighbors in geography, but also belong to Confucian culture circle in culture. In addition, South Korea also has a long history of using Chinese characters, and the two countries have had close cultural exchanges since ancient times. TV plays can not only reflect certain social reality, but also reflect the cultural tone of a country or region. Although China and South Korea have some cultural similarities, but due to the national system and national tradition and other reasons, there are some differences in some aspects of culture. Therefore, by analyzing the similarities and differences between Chinese and Korean TV dramas, it is of great benefit to explore the similarities and differences in the cultural level of the two countries.

Specifically speaking, the urban Emotional TV series are popular because they are close to the people's living conditions and psychological changes. This paper mainly focuses on the top five urban emotional dramas in China and South Korea since 2010, and analyzes the similarities and differences between the two countries in terms of content, narrative, audio-visual, production and other aspects. It is found that the content of Chinese and Korean urban drama is mainly young people's love, and there are main lines and sub lines in the narrative. The difference is that Chinese urban drama pays more attention to the plot development of the story itself, while Korean urban drama pays more attention to the effect of audio-visual perception; in addition, in the broadcast mode, China is the "record before broadcast" mode, while South Korea is the "record while broadcast" mode. Finally, this paper also discusses the factors that affect the production of TV series in the two countries. This study is helpful to enhance the communication and development of urban emotional teleplays between China and South Korea.
