新教师入职培训沟通和承接了教师的职前培养和在职培训。新教师在入职初期能否成功完成向合格教师的转变,不仅关系到教师自身的专业成长,也影响着整个师资队伍的稳定和学校的教育质量。美国的新教师入职培训历史较长,对新教师入职培训的了解深刻而又全面。本文拟通过美国教师教育领域最权威期刊《教师教育杂志》(1985-2014)新教师入职培训的相关内容进行分析,给中国的相关研究提供些许启迪和参考。本文围绕《教师教育杂志》美国新教师入职培训研究内容主要议题是什么,近30年来发生了哪些变化,有哪些特征这三个问题展开。在回顾了美国新教师入职培训的萌芽、发展、制度化和多元化的历史过程后,笔者基于教育生态学视角,将《教师教育杂志》中的82篇新教师入职培训研究分为新教师入职培训概论研究(入职培训理论和项目实践)、主要要素研究(新教师和指导教师)和主要要素关系研究三个类别,具体分析了该期刊新教师入职培训研究的主要议题、特征和趋势。经研究发现,21世纪后,该杂志美国新教师入职培训概论研究呈下降趋势,主要要素研究呈逐渐上升趋势,主要要素关系研究上升后趋于稳定。最后,本文基于研究发现,有针对性的给中国新教师入职培训的发展提出了一些建议。

New teacher induction communicates and bridges teachers’ pre-service education and in-service training. Whether new teachers can successfully transferre from student teachers to qualified teachers at the induction period not only relates to the teachers’ professionla development, but also affects the stability of teachers and the quality of school education. With a long new teacher induction history, America has a comprehensive and profund understanding of the new teacher induction. Therefore, through analysis of the relevant articles in the Journal of Teacher Education, this paperwould provide some reference for new teacher induction in China.This article is based upon following questions: what are the main issues and characteristics of the new teacher induction researches and what changes have taken place in the past 30 years. After the brief reviewing of American new teacher induction history--including the formation stage, development stage, systematization stage and diversification stage, based on the perspective of education ecology, the author put the 82 new teacher induction articles into three categories: new teacher induction as a whole(including induction theory and practice), the main elements(new teachers and mentors) and the main relationships among elements to analyzes their main topics, features and trends. After the content analysis, this paper finds that in the 21st century, research about new teacher induction as a whole shows a decling trend, main elements research showing a gradually rising trend and research about the main relationships among elements becoming stable after a rising trend. The fourth part summarizes the main features of new teacher induction reasearch content and puts forward some suggestions for China’s new teacher induction study.
