受欺负会对个体造成严重的负面影响,其中抑郁情绪是与受欺负最紧密相关的心理问题,目前很少有研究系统地探究这一机制以及反刍这一认知因素在其中的作用。本研究以我国中部某市两个区(县)的2835名初中一年级学生为被试,考察受欺负对青少年抑郁情绪的影响,探索两种认知情绪调节策略(悲伤反刍和愤怒反刍)在二者之间的中介作用,以及整个模型的性别差异。结果发现:(1) 受欺负与悲伤反刍、愤怒反刍、抑郁情绪均呈显著正相关。女生的受欺负水平显著低于男生,但感知到的悲伤反刍和抑郁情绪显著高于男生,愤怒反刍水平不存在显著差异。(2) 受欺负可以显著正向预测个体的抑郁情绪;悲伤反刍、愤怒反刍对抑郁情绪具有正向预测作用。个体的悲伤反刍和愤怒反刍在受欺负和抑郁情绪的关系中发挥部分中介作用,且愤怒反刍的作用大于悲伤反刍。(3) 整体模型存在性别差异。女生悲伤反刍对抑郁情绪的预测作用显著大于男生。研究揭示了受欺负对青少年抑郁情绪的作用机制,为从认知水平干预青少年心理健康提供了参考。

Bullied has serious negative effects on individuals. Depression is the most closely related issue to bullying. Now there is few researches exploring systematically the mechanism and what function rumination has. We use the data from a Southern city in China including 2835 junior middle school students. We want to explore the effects of bullied on depression and whether rumination can influence in a mediational model. Then we find: (1) there is a significant positive correlation between bullied and sadness rumination, anger rumination and depression. Bullied of girls is significantly lower than that of boys, but sadness rumination and depression was significantly higher than of boys, and there is no difference in anger rumination. (2) bullied can directly predict depression. Sadness rumination and anger rumination have positive predictive effects on depression. Sadness rumination and anger rumination play a partial mediating role between bullied and depression, and anger rumination has a greater effect. (3) gender difference exists in this model. The results of this study provide a reference for the intervention of cognitive level on adolescent mental health.
