近些年以来,我国正在积极地推动幼儿园美术欣赏活动的发展。幼儿园教师作为活动的组织者和引导者,也在实践探索中不断地寻找更适合幼儿的教学方式和方法。大量的教育工作者开展调研活动,去思考如何能够提高幼儿园美术欣赏活动中教师指导策略的有效性。这个问题不仅仅关乎教育理论,同时还关乎实践操作。本研究基于审美发展、接受美学、有效教学等理论基础,通过对已有研究中的幼儿园美术欣赏活动教师已使用过的指导策略进行总结归纳,梳理出可用的指导策略体系。同时本研究以北京市六个区十所幼儿园中的30名教师作为研究对象,通过使用文献分析法、访谈法、观察法,对她们在不同种类美术活动的欣赏环节中所使用的教师指导策略进行记录和分析。研究中,通过频次分析的方式,总结出现状中教师常用的指导方法及其特点;通过对教师进行访谈,了解教师的有关观念,归纳出教师使用指导策略的影响因素;最后对欣赏活动进行录像并分析,对教师指导策略进行评价,测查教师使用指导策略的有效性。研究结果发现,目前幼儿园教师在美术欣赏活动中使用的指导策略比较单一,并且出现了教师观念与行为不一致的现象。同时,研究还发现,在幼儿园美术欣赏活动中,如果教师恰当的使用了体验法可有效促进教学效果。基于研究结果,研究者为幼儿园教师有效开展美术欣赏活动提出了一些建议,即通过转变幼儿园教师关于美术欣赏活动的认识,来解决幼儿园教师的困惑;为教师开展美术欣赏活动提供多种形式支持,从而满足幼儿园教师的需求;通过开展有关的教研活动,来提升美术欣赏活动中幼儿园教师的指导能力。

Since recent years, the art appreciation about kindergarten activities has been actively promoted. As an organizer and guide of the activities, kindergarten teachers try to look for ways and means of teaching which is more suitable for children through the practice of exploration. A large number of educators have carried out research activities and thought about how we can improve the effectiveness of kindergarten teachers in art appreciation activities guiding. This problem is not only about important educational theory, but also about the practical operation. This study which is based on the aesthetic development, reception aesthetics and effective teaching theory, sorts out the system to guide the strategy available through the research of the kindergarten art activities teachers have used. This study interviews 30 teachers from 10 kindergartens in six districts of Beijing as the research object, to record and analyze teachers' guidance strategies used in their appreciation of different links in art activities, by using the method of literature analysis, interviews and observation. Through frequency analysis and interviews with teachers, this study summarizes up the guiding methods in shape and characteristics of teachers and understands the teachers' concept, and summarizes up the factors influence the strategy of teachers. The recording and analysis of the appreciation will be helpful to test the effectiveness of the teachers' guidance strategy. The results of the study shows the guiding strategy which the kindergarten teachers used in art appreciation is simple. At the same time, there is inconsistent phenomenon between the teachers' concept and behavior. In addition, the study also finds that teachers could promote teaching of the kindergarten art activities effectively with the proper use of the experience. Based on the results of the study, the researchers put forward some suggestions for the kindergarten teachers to effectively carry out the art appreciation activities, by shifting the kindergarten teachers' understanding about art appreciation activities to solve the puzzle of kindergarten teachers. For teachers to carry out art appreciation activities, the study provides various forms of support, so as to meet the needs of kindergarten teachers. By carrying out related activities, the study enhances the art appreciation activities in the kindergarten teachers' guidance ability.
