20世纪90年代以来，我国的乡村旅游迅速兴起。在农村地区，乡村旅游作为新兴产业，成了农民新的致富渠道，对增加就业岗位、振兴农村经济、推进农村产业结构调整、实现城乡一体化都有促进作用。然而，在发展乡村旅游过程中，也存在人文和生态环境破坏、旅游产品单一、利益分配不均等问题。 本文结合当前国内外学者的研究成果，对乡村旅游可持续发展的相关概念进行大致梳理，界定乡村旅游、旅游可持续发展、旅游地生命周期等概念的具体含义。然后，重点针对河北省教场村个案，阐述教场村的历史、经济、农业、旅游、交通等区域背景，结合对村庄布局、主要自然资源、土地使用现状、核心旅游资源、基础设施、区域客源市场调查、村民和个体经营者意愿调查等现状条件的概括，运用SWOT分析法对该村发展旅游的优势、劣势及面临的机遇和挑战进行分析，提出SWOT优化模型，最后总结出教场村实现乡村旅游可持续发展的四点规划方向：一是以农业生产为基础、因地制宜，做好空间布局和规划，对居住、商业、农田生产、产业发展区域合理布局。二是充分尊重农民发展需求，有效利用现有农村资源，从对内、对外道路交通系统和饮水、用电、生活、医疗卫生、文化活动等公共服务设施建设两方面做好基础设施规划。三是在有形产品和艺术欣赏方面不断丰富旅游产品种类，提高食宿、游客体验项目的服务质量，打造环境优美、主题鲜明的农家院文化。四是合理发挥政府的功能，完善公共产品和环境，汇聚资本和技术，提供科学指导和协调，进行统一的对外宣传。 个案的研究对于同类型乡村也具有很强的参考价值，实现乡村旅游的可持续发展，要秉持农业、农民、生态平衡发展的理念，从合理进行空间布局和规划、加强基础设施建设、旅游产品和服务质量优质化以及充分发挥政府职能四方面思考本地的特色发展之路，用乡村环境的优美舒适和游客体验的鲜明主题打造乡村文化的标志性符号。

Since the 1990s, China's rural tourism has risen rapidly. In rural areas, rural tourism, as an emerging industry, has become a new channel for farmers to get rich. It has a promoting role in increasing employment, revitalizing rural economy, promoting rural industrial restructuring and realizing urban-rural integration. However, in the process of developing rural tourism, there are also problems of cultural and ecological environment destruction, single tourism products and unequal distribution of interests. Based on the research results of current domestic and foreign scholars, this paper summarizes the relevant concepts of sustainable development of rural tourism and defines the specific meanings of such concepts as rural tourism, sustainable development of tourism and life cycle of tourism destinations. Then, focusing on case Jiaochang village in Hebei province, this paper expound Jiaochang village of history, economy, agriculture, tourism, transportation and regional background, combined with the layout of villages, the main natural resources, present situation of land use, the core tourism resources, infrastructure, regional tourism market survey, villagers and self-employed intend to survey the status quo conditions, such as summary, SWOT analysis for the village tourism development strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and challenges facing is analyzed, SWOT optimization model is put forward, finally summed up the teaching field village at four o 'clock to realize the sustainable development of rural tourism planning direction: First, based on agricultural production and according to local conditions, spatial distribution and planning should be done well, and reasonable layout should be made for residential, commercial, farmland production and industrial development areas. Second, we should fully respect farmers' development needs, make effective use of existing rural resources, and make good plans for infrastructure in the areas of internal and external road transport systems and public service facilities such as drinking water, electricity, living facilities, medical and health care and cultural activities. Third, we will continue to enrich the types of tourism products in terms of tangible products and art appreciation, improve the service quality of accommodation and tourist experience projects, and create a farmhouse culture with beautiful environment and distinctive themes. Fourth, give full play to the functions of the government, improve public products and the environment, pool capital and technology, provide scientific guidance and coordination, and conduct unified external publicity. Case studies for the same type of country also has a strong reference value, realize the sustainable development of rural tourism, to adhere to the development of agriculture, farmers and the ecological balance concept, from the reasonable spatial layout and planning, to strengthen infrastructure construction, tourism products and services quality varieties and give full play to the functions of the government thinking characteristic of local development four aspects, with rural environment elegant and comfortable and visitors experience a distinct theme of building the iconic symbol of rural culture.
