在新媒体技术环境下,社交媒体基于互联网信息技术的快速发展,功能也越来越完善,人们不仅可以利用社交媒体进行人际交流,也可以在社交媒体上查阅资料,获取信息等,目前,人们的现实生活已经离不开社交媒体,我国绝大部分网民基本上都是社交媒体的使用者,这其中就包含了青少年。作为网络原住民的青少年,是社交媒体使用的一个重要群体,关于青少年的社交媒体使用的研究和青少年的意见表达研究也是学界的重要研究课题。既有的研究对于青少年社交媒体使用集中于社交媒体使用状况、社交媒体使用行为和动机研究以及对青少年的影响研究,有关于探究青少年的意见表达大都集中在探究社交网络环境下青少年公开意见表达的现状、影响因素、具体特点和引导措施等。这些研究大都向内求索,而有关于青少年与社交媒体使用中的意见表达等向外散发的实证研究缺失,而关于社交媒体使用与意见表达的研究,尤其是社交媒体的使用对意见表达有何影响,目前学界缺乏特定的研究结论。因此本研究通过实证研究,将研究对象的选定为北京市青少年,通过相关数据分析,探究北京市青少年社交媒体的使用与意见表达的关系。 本文以社交媒体使用为自变量,以意见表达为因变量,探究了社交媒体使用和意见表达存在的关系。社交媒体使用的行为总结来看分为以下四个方面:信息获取、自我呈现、人际交流和娱乐放松;意见表达包括点赞、评论和转发等具体表达形式以及事件观点、公共意见等具体表达内容两个方面。基于社交媒体使用对意见表达存在正向影响的假设,通过相关的实证研究和数据分析发现,在青少年社交媒体使用基本情况方面,青少年社交媒体使用年限与频率差异性较大,青少年更加偏爱强连接和多功能的社交媒体;在社交媒体使用对意见表达的影响的研究中发现,社交媒体的使用中,自我呈现和人际交流能够正向影响意见表达。 同时,本文也针对青少年社交媒体使用偏好以及社交媒体使用对意见表达的影响,对引导青少年使用社交媒体进行意见表达作出了相关讨论和建议,包括关注媒体使用动机和偏好,多方主体发力来正确引导;营造天朗气清网络环境,维护青少年的发言权利。 |

In the environment of new media technology, social media is based on the rapid development of Internet information technology, and its functions are becoming more and more perfect. People can not only use social media for interpersonal communication, but also consult data and obtain information on social media. At present, people's real life is inseparable from social media. The vast majority of Internet users in China are basically users of social media, including teenagers. Teenagers, as Internet aborigines, are an important group in the use of social media. The research on Teenagers' social media use and teenagers' opinion expression is also an important research topic in the academic community. Existing studies on Teenagers' social media use focus on the status of social media use, social media use behavior and motivation and the impact on teenagers. Most of the opinion expression of teenagers focus on the current situation, influencing factors, specific characteristics and guiding measures of teenagers' public opinion expression in the social network environment. Most of these studies seek inward, while there is a lack of empirical research on the outward dissemination of opinions in adolescents and social media use. At present, the academic community lacks specific research conclusions on the research on social media use and opinion expression, especially the impact of social media use on opinion expression. Therefore, through empirical research, this study focuses on the impact of teenagers' social media use on opinion expression. Taking social media use as the independent variable and opinion expression as the dependent variable, this paper explores the relationship and influence between social media use and opinion. The behavior of social media use can be summarized into the following four aspects: information acquisition, self presentation, interpersonal communication and entertainment relaxation; For the content of opinion expression, including specific expression methods such as praise and comment forwarding, and expression content about emotions and specific events. Based on the hypothesis that the use of social media has a positive impact on opinion expression, through relevant empirical research and data analysis, it is found that in terms of the basic situation of teenagers' social media use, there are great differences in the service life and frequency of teenagers' social media, and teenagers prefer strong connection and multi-functional social media; In the study of the impact of social media use on opinion expression in youth, it is found that self presentation and interpersonal communication can positively affect opinion expression in the use of social media. At the same time, aiming at teenagers' preference for social media use and the impact of social media use on opinion expression, this paper also makes relevant discussions and suggestions on guiding teenagers to use social media for opinion expression, including paying attention to the motivation and preference of media use and making efforts by multiple subjects to correctly guide; Create a clear network environment and safeguard teenagers' right to speak. |
