生活节奏的加快改变了现代人的情感交往状态,对身处城市繁忙生活、缺乏情感关怀的现代人来说,能够在综艺节目中找到心灵沉淀与寄托的栖息地越来越重要。情感类观察类节目是一类以情感为内容、以观察和对话为形式、聚焦情感、关注情感的新时代文化产品,满足了观众多种情感需求。本文通过对中国情感观察类节目相关理论的探索和实践案例的分析,从情感互动的层面探讨了中国情感观察类节目的基本情况。并且借助情感叙事理论、互动仪式链理论、使用与满足理论等理论深入分析中国情感观察类节目所涉及的情感互动问题,深化对其内涵和机制的认识。

本文主要分为五个章节。第一章概述了中国情感观察类节目的发展历程和定义,并深入剖析了其情感互动特征,认为其具有重视情感体验、重视情感呼唤、重视情感引导的特征。第二章分析了中国情感观察类节目叙事中的情感互动,从叙事主体和时空两个角度展开讨论。其中叙事主体的情感互动主要包括纪实空间嘉宾之间的交往互动、纪实空间嘉宾和内心自我的感知互动、观察团成员与嘉宾之间的评论互动。叙事时空中的情感互动主要体现在多时段交叉叙事增加节目的情感张力和双空间互动叙事扩充节目的情感内涵两个方面。第三章探讨了中国情感观察类节目受众的情感互动方式和内核。受众的情感互动行为主要包括构建跨媒介情感话语空间、发送弹幕实时情感交流、情感关注与情感消费。受众情感互动的内核是情感释放、建立关系和身份认同。第四章结合近年火热的三档节目《妻子的浪漫旅行》《我家那闺女》《心动的信号》从婚恋、代际、个人三个方面分析了当前社会的情感现状,以及节目情感话题和社会情感风向的双向情感互动机制。在最后一章中,分析了中国情感观察类节目存在的问题,主要问题有制造虚假情感、情感异化、情感景观化,针对这些问题提出了相应的发展策略。具体来说,包括“走出人为编排,回归质朴纪录”、“挖掘情感内涵,提供多元视角”、“根植社会,提升情感教育意义”等发展策略。

希望本文的研究结论可以丰富中国情感观察类节目的理论探索,同时为中国情感观察类节目的可持续发展提供一些启迪。

The accelerated pace of modern life has changed the emotional communication status of modern people. For those who live in busy cities and lack emotional care, it is increasingly important to find a place of spiritual sedimentation and sustenance in variety shows. Emotional observation programs are a new era cultural product with emotional content and observational conversation as its form. They focus on emotions and pay attention to emotional needs of the audience. Through exploration of relevant theory and analysis of practical cases of emotional observation programs in China, this paper discusses the basic situation of emotional observation programs from the perspective of emotional interaction. Utilizing theories such as emotional narrative theory, interactive ritual chain theory, and use and gratification theory, the paper deeply analyzes emotional interaction problems involved in Chinese emotional observation programs, deepening understanding of their connotations and mechanisms.

This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter outlines the development process and definition of Chinese emotional observation programs, and analyzes its emotional interaction features, emphasizing on its emphasis on emotional experiences, emotional calls, and emotional guidance. The second chapter analyzes the emotional interaction in the narrative of Chinese emotional observation programs, discussing from the perspectives of narrative subject and time and space. Emotional interaction of narrative subjects mainly includes interaction between guests in documentary spaces, mutual perception between documentary space guests and their inner selves, and interaction between observation team members and guests. Emotional interaction in narrative time and space mainly reflects the cross-time period narrative that increases the emotional tension of the program and the dual-space interaction narrative that expands the emotional connotation of the program.

The third chapter explores the emotional interaction methods and core of audiences of Chinese emotional observation programs. Audience's emotional interaction behavior mainly includes constructing cross-media emotional discourse space, sending bullet screens for real-time emotional communication, and emotional attention and consumption. The core of audience emotional interaction is emotional release, relationship building, and identity recognition. In the fourth chapter, combined with the current popular emotion-related programs in recent years, including "My Wife's Romantic Travel", "Our Daughters", and "Heart Signal", the emotional status of current society is analyzed from the perspectives of marriage, generation, and individual, as well as the two-way interaction of program emotional topics and social emotional trends. The fifth chapter analyzes the problems that exist in Chinese emotional observation programs, including false emotions, emotional alienation, and emotional landscape. Based on these issues, corresponding development strategies are proposed, including "stepping out of artificial arrangement and returning to simple documentary", "digging into emotional connotations and providing diverse perspectives", and "rooting in society and promoting emotional education significance", in order to better meet the current social demands for emotional services.

 It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can enrich the theoretical exploration of Chinese emotional observation programs and provide some enlightenment for their sustainable development.
