Smectic-C belongs to smectic phase which is a kind of liquid crystals.In the article, smectic-C's model are established by forming its hydrostatic and hydrodynamics.
And then, the model gets simplified through the independence of variables.Besides, in order to
proof the rationality of the model, the article verifies that the model satisfies the second law of thermodynamics.
