在自己将近三年的教学历程中,发现女生在学习物理方面会遇到较大困难,付出与收获往往不成正比。教育以育人为目的,即要关心个体的发展,所以我们应该特别关心这些女学生学习物理所遇到的困境的原因和解决方法。所以,本论文的研究对象是:想要学习物理但却成绩不理想的女生。这类学困女生,是指想在现在的基础上有所突破的女生,或者最近成绩有落后而想要改善现状的女生,包括:想要拔尖的(求尖生),想要优秀的(求优生),想要中等的(求中生)。本论文旨在通过行动研究的方法,来确定女生在学习物理的过程中遇到的困难,并寻找对应的解决策略。行动研究在现今的教育教学研究中已被广泛使用,是由与研究内容有关的所有人员共同参与,对问题情景进行观察和干预,并在实践活动中寻找问题原因及发现总结解决问题途径的研究方法。通过研究发现,引起女生学习物理困难的原因很多,不同的学生之间有个体差异,优、中、差三个等级的学生之间也有不同类型的原因。虽然原因各有差异,但最主要的原因表现在两个方面:一是女生自信心极易受挫;每当遇到挫折的时候,就会怀疑自己的能力,怀疑自己学习物理的思维好坏,并在接下来一段时内影响学习的情绪,从而导致学习状态很不好;二是感性思维过度应用,理性思维不足;学习新知识和做题的时候,很多情形下都是用感性思维来思考,凭生活的经验和自己的感觉做出判断,而没有充分利用理性思维对遇到的问题进行详细的分析和推导。在研究中,对应产用了几个方法:及时关注她们的自信心并给予心理辅导,尽量同时让学生配合成功体验;让学生关注到自己的感性思维和理性思维的差别,训练用理性思维来解决相关的物理问题。

In the course of nearly three years of teaching, I found that the girls in learning physics will encounter greater difficulties; pay and benefits are often not proportional. Education with the purpose of educating people should be concerned with the development of the individual, so we should be particularly concerned about the plight of these female students encountered. Therefore, the study of this paper is: the girls who want to learn physics but unsatisfactory about the results. Such girls with learning difficulties have the wish to achieve a breakthrough, or a recent performance has lagged behind others and wants to improve the situation, including: who want top-notch, want excellent, want to moderate.Action research has been widely used in teaching and research in education today. it is the common participation of all personnel and research related to the question of observation and intervention scenarios, and to find cause of the problem and find ways to solve the problem of the study in practical activities methods. In this paper, a method of action research aims to determine the girls learning difficulties encountered in the process of physical and find the corresponding solution strategy.Through the study, we found many reasons. There are individual differences among students of different reasons for the difficulties of girls studying physics. There are different types of reasons between three levels of poor students. While the reasons vary, most of the common causes manifest in two aspects : First, self-confidence easily frustrated ; whenever setbacks , they will doubt their ability and doubt their own thinking of learning physics, and this will affect the lives and emotions of study, leading to the next period of time in very bad state ; Second, excessive application of emotional thinking , lack of rational thinking ; when they learn new knowledge and do question, many cases are used perceptual thinking to think , with the experience of life and their own sense of judgment, but rational thinking does not take full advantage of the problems in the detailed analysis and derivation. In the study, several methods produced: immediate attention to their self-confidence and given psychological counseling , allowing students with successful experiences; allow students concerned about the difference in their emotional thinking and rational thinking, and training solve physical problems by rational thinking.
