ZnO纳米结构材料以其新颖的物理、化学和电学特性以及在纳米器件中的潜在应用成为当今纳米技术的研究热点。而各种ZnO纳米结构材料低成本、大规模并简单有效的合成与组装无论从基础研究的角度来看,还是从性能与应用的角度来看,都具有十分重要的意义。本文采用简单的水热合成技术、液相沉淀方法等多种实验手段,研究了ZnO纳米棒自组装微球、ZnO纳米片自组装微球、ZnO纳米晶的制备以及Zn基片上ZnO纳米阵列的生长。并用粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子电镜(SEM)对产物进行表征,初步探讨反应机理,提出进一步构想。

Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanostructure materials have received intensive interests due to their novel physical, chemical, and electronic properties as well as the potential applications in nanodevices. Large-scale, cost-effective, simple and practical synthesis and assembly of various shaped ZnO nanomaterials are of importance for the fundamental research and applications. In this thesis, experimental methods such as hydrothermal process, liquid-phase precipitation method are used to study ZnO microspheres self-assembled by ZnO nanorods and nanosheets, the synthesis of ZnO nanocrystals and the growth of ZnO nanoarrays based on Zn substrate. The products were charactered by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). Possible formation mechanisms are put forward and conceived the idea of the use of products.
