近年来,我国的经济结构正处于转型发展的时期,根据世界银行 WDI 的数据库显示,我国总储蓄率从 2010 年的 50.65%逐步下滑到 2019 年的 44.22%,尼尔森发布的《中国年轻人负债状况报告》称,截止到 2019 年,86%的 90 后都曾使用过信贷产品,年轻人平均负债额度已超过 13 万,其中 80 后人群的负债更是超过 20 万,许多年轻人受到消费主义的刺激而缺乏自制力,不能正确处理欲望和钱财的关系,很难做到抵制眼前的诱惑以获得未来的安全感。2019 年底的疫情更是加速了人们对于这一现象的觉知,不确定的未来预期促进了 2020 年的国内总储蓄回升至 45.70%,侧面说明群众对于储蓄的需求愈加重视。该社会现象侧面反映了我国年轻人抵御经济压力的能力弱,面对意外风险缺乏财富储蓄的观念和长期规划的能力,追本溯源在于我国素质教育中对于理财教育的忽视,忽视了儿童理财教育对于人未来发展的强大影响力。基于以上洞察,如何从小培养用户养成储蓄习惯,填补理财教育空缺成为值得研究的问题,因此本研究将学龄期儿童作为研究对象,结合发展心理学理论,通过桌面调研,用户研究、策略提出和概念测试四个阶段,对儿童储蓄观念的培养进行研究,为儿童储蓄习惯的培养提出优化策略。在用户研究阶段通过问卷法,访谈法挖掘家庭教育中的理财教育痛点,对访谈结果进行三级编码提炼需求。在概念设计阶段,通过用户画像和用户旅程图的辅助进行概念转化,通过头脑风暴和 KANO 模型筛选得到了五个核心体验提升策略即任务体系配置,可视化概念呈现,支付标签分类,储蓄历史回顾,提供榜样参考。功能筛选后输出对应的交互逻辑,用概念原型进行呈现,在评估测试阶段,选取 5 名不同年龄段的被试通过墨刀的演示链接测试,被试首先需要完成操作任务,其次需要根据实际使用感受填写SUS(System of Usability Scale)量表,测试结果表明儿童储蓄体验有所提升。该研究对于今后的儿童理财储蓄习惯培养相关课题有一定参考意义,对想要培养孩子延迟满足和自我控制能力的广大家长有一定借鉴意义。 |

In recent years, China's economic structure is in a period of transformation and development.According to the WDI database of the World Bank, China's total savings rate has graduallydecreased from 50.65% in 2010 to 44.22% in 2019. According to the debt Status Report of China'sYoung People released by Nielsen, by 2019, 86% of the post-1990 generation had used creditproducts. Young people's average debt has exceeded 130000, and 80 more than 200000 in debt,and after the side reflects the young people in our country it is difficult to have the ability to resistoutbreaks and economic pressure, lack of wealth concept of savings and the ability of long-termplanning, at the end of 2019 the outbreak accelerated the awareness of people to this phenomenon,total domestic savings back up to 45.70% in 2020, Side shows that the masses for savings demandis picking up.Savings refers to the economic activity of each individual or household saving money in thebank in order to gain security and the ability to withstand future risks. The effective cultivation ofsavings habit is of great significance to individual psychological health, happiness of life, and evento social harmony and stability of social forces. However, compared with other subjects, the schooleducation and family education in China's education system have a low scientific awareness offinancial education and its popularization is relatively weak.How to train the user a savings habit, fill in financial education become a problem worthy ofstudy, this study will therefore school-age children as the research object, combined with thedevelopment of psychological theory, through the user research, concept design and evaluationtest three phases, study of children's savings experience, for all kinds of situation the cultivationof children's saving habits optimization strategy is proposed.In the user research stage, the pain points of financial education in family education wereexplored by questionnaire and interview, and the interview results were coded to refine the needs.In the conceptual design stage, the user portrait and user journey map were used to brainstorm,and five core experience improvement strategies were obtained according to HMW screening and presented with conceptual prototypes, namely task system configuration, visual conceptpresentation, payment label classification, and target disassembling configuration, to provideexample reference. In the evaluation test phase, 5 subjects of different ages were selected to conduct the test through the ink knife demonstration link. The subjects first needed to completethe operation task, and then needed to fill in the SUS scale according to the actual use experience.The test results showed that children's savings experience had been improved.This study has certain reference significance for the future related topics on the cultivation ofchildren's financial and savings habits, as well as for the majority of parents who want to cultivatetheir children's ability to delay gratification and self-control. |
