学生组织的有效参与有利于学生综合素质的提高。作为提升组织创新能力与竞争力的有利因素,成员积极建言可以给学生组织带来持续活力,但这一行为受到多种因素影响。本研究着重探讨中国高校学生组织情境下成员对上级信任对建言行为的影响,同时检验建言效能感对影响过程的中介作用和内部身份感知的调节作用。本文通过问卷调研获得244名全国各地在校大学生数据样本。实证检验分析结果表明,在学生组织内,对上级较高的信任程度通过建言效能感的中介作用促进成员的建言行为,而内部身份感知对关系前后程起调节作用——随着内部身份感知的提高,个体对上级信任能更有效地提高建言效能感,而建言效能感对建言行为的正面影响也会进一步加强。本研究丰富了信任和建言行为的相关文献,为学生活动和管理学实践提供一定的理论指导。
外文摘要:
The current education reform in China emphasizes the cultivation of students’ comprehensive abilities, and participating in student organizations is conducive to such development. As a benefit for promoting organizational innovation and competitiveness, members’ positive suggestions could bring continuous vitality to student organizations. However, such voice behavior can be affected by many factors. The present study attempts to discuss the relationship between trust of members to leader and voice behavior under the circumstance of general Chinese university’s student organizations. Furthermore, the study also discusses the mediating role of voice behavior efficacy and moderating role of perceived insider status in the mechanism. Through questionnaire survey, the data was collected from 244 universities students in China who have relative experience. The empirical results show that the trust of members to their leader could improve their voice behavior efficacy, and then advance the performance of members’ voice behavior. The perceived insider status of member positively moderates not only the relationship between trust of members to leader and voice behavior efficacy, but also the relationship between members’ voice behavior efficacy and voice behavior. Namely, with the same trust level to their leader, the member who has a stronger perceived insider status could come up with higher voice behavior efficacy as well as more voice behaviors. The research contributes to extant literature and could be guidance for students’ activities and further management practice.
