本研究通过文献资料法、数理统计法和比较分析法,以我国体育用品企业核 心竞争力为研究对象,在核心竞争力基本理论的基础上构建了我国体育用品企业 核心竞争力评价的结构方程模型,进而利用 PLS 路径分析对模型进行拟合及验 证,给出了我国体育用品企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,最后运用该指标体系对 我国 17 家体育用品上市企业核心竞争力进行评价。主要研究结果如下: (1)构建了我国体育用品企业核心竞争力评价的结构方程模型,得出资源 聚集能力、技术与创新能力、运营管理能力和扩展经营能力皆对体育用品核心竞 争力的形成具有正向影响,其中资源聚集能力对体育用品核心竞争力的影响力 较高,技术与创新能力、运营管理能力和扩展经营能力对于体育用品核心竞争力 的影响力相对较低。 (2)构建了我国体育用品企业核心竞争力评价指标体系。根据体育用品企 业的发展特点, 出了指标体系构建的基本原则:针对性、代表性、可操作性和 动态变化性;同时通过对初选测量指标的检验与筛选,从资源聚集能力、技术与 创新能力、运营管理能力和扩展经营能力出发,构建了包含 4 个一级指标,14 个 二级指标的评价指标体系,同时还通过 PLS 路径分析法得出评价指标体系中各 项指标的权重值。 (3)运用所构建的体育用品企业核心竞争力评价指标体系对我国 17 家体 育用品上市企业核心竞争力的综合得分进行了排序,得出:裕元集团、安踏体育、 宝胜国际、三夫户外和李宁等企业排在前五名,在竞争环境中具备较强的核心竞 争力;探路者、舒华股份、绿茵天地、特步国际以及中国动向等企业排名靠后, 在竞争市场中尚未形成其特有的核心竞争力,不具备明显的竞争优势或者核心 竞争力相对较弱;资源聚集能力得分排名靠前的企业其核心竞争力的得分排名 基本位于前列,企业资源聚集能力在体育用品企业核心竞争力的形成过程中占 主导因素。

Study on the Evaluation Index System of Core Competitiveness of Sports Goods Enterprises in China ABSTRACT The paper uses the literature data method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to take the core competitiveness of China's sports goods enterprises as the research object. Based on the basic theory of core competitiveness, this paper constructs the structural equation model of the evaluation of the core competitiveness of sporting goods enterprises in China. Then, PLS path analysis was used to fit and verify the model, and the evaluation index system of China's sporting goods company's core competitiveness was given. The index system was used to evaluate the core competitiveness of China's 17 sporting goods listed companies. The main findings are as follows: (1) Constructing a structural equation model for evaluating the core competitiveness of sporting goods companies in China, and concludes that resource aggregating capability, technology and innovation capability, operation management capability, and expanding operating capacity all have a positive impact on the formation of core competitiveness of sporting goods. Among them, the agglomeration ability of resources has a greater influence on the core competitiveness of sporting goods, and the influence of technology and innovation capabilities, operation management capabilities, and expansion of operating capabilities on the core competitiveness of sporting goods is relatively low. (2) Established an evaluation index system for core competitiveness of sporting goods companies in China. Based on the development characteristics of sporting goods companies, the basic principles of index system construction are proposed: pertinence, representativeness, operability, and dynamic variability; at the same time, through testing and screening of primary measurement indicators, from the ability of resource aggregation, technology and Based on innovation capability, operational management capabilities, and expansion of operating capabilities, an evaluation index system consisting of four first-level indicators and 14 second-level indicators was constructed. The weight values of each index in the evaluation index system were also obtained by the PLS path analysis method. . (3) Using the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of sporting goods companies constructed, the comprehensive scores of the core competitiveness of China's 17 listed sporting goods companies were ranked. The results were: Yueyuan Group, Anta Sports, Pou Sheng International, Sanfu Outdoor, Li Ning and other companies are ranked in the top five and have strong core competitiveness in a competitive environment; Pathfinder, Shuhua, Green World, Xtep International, and China Trends are ranked lower, and have not yet formed in the competitive market. Its unique core competitiveness does not have significant competitive advantage or its core competitiveness is relatively weak; the ranking of top ranking companies in resource aggregation ability ranks in the forefront of its core competitiveness, and its ability to aggregate corporate resources is at the core of sporting goods companies.
