全文从对职业教育培养人才的目标及时代对职业教育的要求入手，以对研究性学习的基本内涵及其特点的界定为理论基础，通过实践教学案例，并结合一系列的问卷调查、实地访谈等研究方法对该课程实施进行了全面而深入的探讨，并针对实施过程中存在的问题，提出了对策与建议。论文共分五个部分:第一部分从时代发展和教育改革的需要、中职学校培养目标的要求、中职学校学生特点的要求等方面阐述了改革目前职业教育教学方式现状的必要性。第二部分阐释了研究性学习的基本内涵及其与职业教育的结合点，从而确立了本研究的理论基础。第三部分从研究性学习目标的确立和实践教学两方面介绍北京市商业学校《中英合作项目课程》课程的实践情况。第四部分着重论述了北京市商业学校“研究性学习”实施过程中所取得的实质性成效。第五部分通过对北京市商业学校“研究性学习”实施中所暴露的问题进行深刻反思，提出了现阶段在中职校中开展“研究性学习”的对策与建议。针对北京市商业学校《中英合作项目课程》的个案，分析实施过程中存在的问题，本文提出了进一步改善的若干策略与建议。具体体现在:1、加强对教师的培养；2、改善学校办学条件的同时要因地制宜地开展研究性学习课程； 3、建立完善的评价体系等。本研究虽属于个案研究，但笔者所在的学校是一所国家级重点中等职业学校，所得出的结论具有一定的代表性和普适性。
