研究目的: 探讨功能性训练对内蒙古高中体育特长生各项体育加试成绩的影响,为提高其体育考试各项成绩;保证内蒙古高中体育特长生健康发展;保证高中体育特长生体考本科上线率提供参考。 研究方法: 本文采用实验法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、文献资料法,以内蒙古赤峰市天山一中20名体育特长生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组体育特长生在训练中加入功能性训练,对照体育特长生按原有训练方式方法进行训练,在训练结束后我们对测试得出实验组体育特长生与对照组体育特长生功能性动作筛查Functional Movement Screen(FMS)得分数据、高考四项加试成绩数据、伤病情况数据进行对比分析。对实验组体育特长生与对照组体育特长生训练前后各项数据进行对比分析。? 研究结果: 1、功能性训练前实验组、对照组各项数据无显著差异(P>0.05); 2、与实验前相比,功能性训练后实验组深蹲、直线弓步蹲、肩部灵活、直腿主动上抬、躯干稳定俯卧撑及七项动作总得分显著提高(P均<0.05),高考体测四项单项成绩和四项总成绩均显著提高(P<0.05); 3、与实验前相比,对照组实验后功能性动作筛查单项评分及七项总分无显著差异(P>0.05)。高考体测除一百米成绩外其余三项均有显著提高; 5、实验后实验组高考体测四项单项成绩和四项总成绩除铅球不具有显著差异(P>0.05)外,其他项目成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05); 6、实验后实验组深蹲、跨步、直线弓步蹲、直腿主动上抬、七项测试总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05); 7、实验后实验组三级跳远、铅球、四项测试总成绩成绩进步值高度显著高于对照组(P<0.01),实验后实验组一百米、八百米成绩进步值与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05); 8、对照组40次训练中受伤7人,实验组受伤3人,对照组受伤人数显著高于对照组。 研究结论: 1、功能性训练可应用于高中体育特长生的日常训练,并能有效改善体育特长生的身体功能; 2、功能性训练可有效提高高中体育特长生高考体育加试总体成绩; 3、功能性训练能有效减少高中体育特长生运动性损伤的发生。

Research purposes: This paper probes into the influence of functional training on the results of various additional tests of physical education for senior high school students in Inner Mongolia, in order to improve the results of physical examination, ensure the healthy development of senior high school students in Inner Mongolia, and guarantee the online rate of undergraduate physical examination for senior high school students with physical education expertise. Research methods: By using the methods of experiment, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and documentation, 20 male sports specialties of Tianshan No. 1 Middle School in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The functional training is added to the training of the experimental group, and the original training method is used to train the control group. After the training, we compare and analyze the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) data of the experimental group and the control group, the results of the four additional tests of the college entrance examination, and the data of injury and illness. The data of the experimental group and the control group before and after the training were compared and analyzed. Research results: 1. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before functional training (P > 0.05). 2. Compared with before the experiment, the total scores of squat, straight bow squat, shoulder flexibility, straight leg active lifting, trunk stable push-ups and seven movements in the experimental group were significantly improved after the functional training (all P < 0.05), and the total scores of four individual and four items in the physical examination of college entrance examination were significantly improved (P < 0.05). 3. Compared with the pre-experiment, there was no significant difference in the single score and seven total scores of functional movenment screen in the control group after the experiment (P > 0.05). Except for the results of 100 meters, the other three items in the physical examination of college entrance examination have been significantly improved. 5. After the experiment, the scores of the four items and the four items in the physical examination of the college entrance examination in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), except for the shot put, which had no significant difference (P > 0.05). 6. After the experiment, the total scores of squatting, striding, straight bow squatting, straight leg active lifting and seven tests in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). 7. After the experiment, the total scores of triple jump, shot put and four tests in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference between the 100-meter and 800-meter scores in the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). 8. There were 7 injuries in 40 training sessions in the control group and 3 injuries in the experimental group. The number of injuries in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Research conclusions: 1.Functional training can be applied to the daily training of high school sports specialty students, and can effectively improve the physical function of sports specialty students. 2.Functional training can effectively improve the overall performance of college entrance examination for senior high school sports specialty students. 3.Functional training can effectively reduce the occurrence of sports injury of senior high school sports specialty students.
