近年来,我国教育改革正在如火如荼地开展着,而教师作为提升教育质量的关键,在教育改革中起着极为重要的作用。因此,关于教师权能(teacher empowerment)的研究也逐渐进入我国学者的视野。 当下,国家正不断推进教师队伍建设,而中小学教师在落实我国立德树人的根本任务上又占据不可磨灭的地位。因此,对于中小学教师权能的研究显得极为重要。本研究在文献和访谈的基础上编制出一套符合我国中小学的教师权能测量工具,并初步探讨中小学教师权能的特点。本研究主要包括两部分内容:一是中小学教师权能量表的编制,二是中小学教师权能的特点分析,并得出以下结论: 1.通过因子分析发现中小学教师权能包括教师效能、决策参与、自主权、专业成长、影响力、价值感、领导支持7个维度,自编的《中小学教师权能量表》具有良好的信效度。 2.目前我国中小学教师权能的各维度得分不平衡。其中,教师效能维度得分最高,决策参与维度得分最低。 3.男女教师在自主权、专业成长、价值感、领导支持上存在显著差异,且女教师得分高于男教师。 4.不同文化程度的教师在决策参与上存在显著差异,且专科教师得分高于本科和硕士教师。 5.不同教龄组的教师在教师权能各维度及总分上存在显著差异,且整体水平会随着教龄的增长而提高。 6.小学、初中、高中的教师在教师权能各维度及总分上存在显著差异,且小学和初中教师的权能水平整体上高于高中教师。 7.担任行政工作的教师在决策参与、专业成长、影响力、领导支持及总分上与未担任行政工作的教师存在显著差异,且担任行政工作教师的得分均高于未担任行政工作的教师。

In recent years, China's education reform is in full swing, and teachers, as the key to improve the quality of education, play an extremely important role in education reform. Therefore, research on teacher empowerment is gaining momentum among Chinese scholars. At present, the country is constantly promoting the construction of the teacher team, and the primary and secondary school teachers in the implementation of the basic task of moral tree in our country and occupy an indelible position. Therefore, it is very important to study the teachers' competence in primary and secondary schools. Based on the literature and interviews, this study compiled a set of measuring tools for the teacher power of primary and secondary schools in China, and preliminarily discussed the characteristics of the teacher power of primary and secondary schools. This study mainly consists of two parts: one is the preparation of the primary and secondary school teacher power scale; the other is the analysis of the characteristics of the primary and secondary school teacher power, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Through factor analysis, it is found that teacher competence of primary and secondary school includes teacher efficacy, decision-making participation, autonomy, professional growth, influence, sense of value and leadership support, and the self-compiled scale of teacher competence of primary and secondary school has good reliability and validity. 2. At present, teachers' competence in primary and secondary schools in China is above the average level, and the scores in all dimensions are unbalanced. Among them, teachers' efficacy scores are the highest and decision-making participation scores are the lowest. 3. There are significant differences between male and female teachers in autonomy, professional growth, sense of value and leadership support, and female teachers score higher than male teachers. 4. Teachers with different education levels have significant differences in decision-making participation, and the score of junior college teachers is higher than that of undergraduate and master teachers. 5. Teachers of different teaching age groups have significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of teacher power, and the overall level will increase with the growth of teaching age. 6. Teachers of primary school, junior high school and senior high school have significant differences in the dimensions and total scores of teacher power, and the level of power of primary school and junior high school teachers is higher than that of senior high school teachers on the whole. 7. There were significant differences in decision-making participation, professional growth, influence, leadership support and total scores between the teachers who worked in administrative work and those who did not work in administrative work, and the scores of the teachers who worked in administrative work were all higher than those who did not work in administrative work.
