在网络空间中，网民通过互动形成共同认可的知识成为数字时代集体记忆构建的一种典型方式。大众生产平台作为由网民自愿参与的、通过分散的个体协作完成知识产品的生产机制，可被视作互联网场域“民间记忆”大众书写的一种典型方式。本文以百度百科与中文维基百科两大中文大众生产平台上的“林徽因”条目为研究个案，采用文本分析、社会网络分析等方法，基于批判的话语分析中“文本、话语实践、社会实践三向度”框架对比不同平台在民间记忆构建上的差异。

研究发现，首先在文本层面上，百度百科“林徽因”条目在文本内容上侧重多维描述与等同说明并倾向于展现林徽因的爱情经历、表达上更具浪漫主义色彩、情感上有着更高的情感强度与更为明显的情绪特征，在文本框架上更具文学性且其参考资料中多互利引用，在观念建构上有着对中华人民共和国的国家认同及对林徽因“处于附属地位的女人”的个体身份认同；中文维基百科条目在文本内容上强调单面侧重与里程碑突出并更多展现林徽因的亲情关系、表达上更具现实主义色彩、内容情感强度与情绪特征的显著性则相对较低，在文本框架上更具科普性且其参考资料中多权威引用，在观念建构上有着更为多元化的国家主体认同及对林徽因“独立的人”的个体身份认同。其次，在平台层面上，百度百科“林徽因”条目“中区”较之中文维基百科生产网络整体凝聚性更低、生产者体现出了更高的自反性、更强的互惠性、更集中的权力结构、生产网络中核心用户团体拥有一定特权，而“后区”讨论者的积极性更高但存在显著的话语权差异。此外从平台的分配与消费过程来看，百度百科平台在账户注册与等级权限上有着更多的限制与要求，并且其激励方式与运营目的更具商业化特点，平台用户间科层制关系更为明显；而中文维基百科平台则采用公益化的运营机制，其对用户的限制更少并且允许个人申请运营机器人账号参与编辑管理，平台用户间权力更为对等。最后，在社会层面，百度百科记忆群体相对中文维基百科有着更为稳定的身份认同，但其对社会性别话语的敏感度较低且其记忆受历史的戏剧化再现影响得到了一定程度的重构。研究表明，互联网场域的“圈层”属性造就多个版本的民间记忆，特定记忆对象在网络空间中会有多个“存在”。

    In the cyberspace, it has become a typical way of collective memory construction that the Internet users form common knowledge through online interaction. The peer production platform, as a production mechanism in which the Internet users voluntarily participate and complete knowledge products through scattered individual collaboration, can be regarded as an important way of writing “folk memory” online. This article takes the “Lin Huiyin” entry on the two major Chinese peer production encyclopedia platforms (Baidu Baike and Chinese Wikipedia) as a research case, using text analysis, social network analysis and other methods, compares the differences in the construction of folk memory between different platforms based on critical discourse analysis “text, discourse practice, and social practice” three dimensions framework.

    The study found that, first of all, at the text level, Baidu Baike’s “Lin Huiyin” entry focuses on multi-dimensional descriptions and equivalent explanations in the text content, and reveals the love experience of Lin Huiyin. Its expression is more romantic, and it has a higher emotional intensity with more obvious emotional characteristics. It is more literary in the text frame and uses more mutually beneficial reference materials. In terms of conceptual construction, it holds a national identity for the People’s Republic of China and an individual identity for Lin Huiyin as a “subordinate woman”. On the contrary, the Chinese Wikipedia entry focuses on one-sided emphasis and prominent milestones in the text content, and reveals Lin Huiyin’s family relationship more frequently. Its expression is more realistic, also the content’s emotional intensity and emotional characteristics are relatively low. It is more scientific in the text frame and its reference materials are more authoritatively quoted. In terms of concept construction, it holds a more diverse national identity and an individual identity for Lin Huiyin as an “independent person”. Secondly, at the platform level, Baidu Baike’s “Central Zone” production network is less cohesive than Chinese Wikipedia's. The producers show higher reflexivity, stronger reciprocity, and greater concentration. The power structure and core user groups in the production network have certain privileges, and the enthusiasm of the “Back Zone” discussants is higher, but there is a significant difference in the right to speak. In addition, from the perspective of the distribution and consumption process of the platform, Baidu Baike has more restrictions and requirements on account registration and level permissions, and its incentive methods and operational purposes are more commercialized. Chinese Wikipedia instead adopts a public welfare operation mechanism, which has fewer restrictions on users and allows individuals to operate robot accounts as a way to participate in editing and management, also the power of platform users is more equal. Finally, at the social level, the Baidu Baike memory group has a more stable identity than Chinese Wikipedia, but it is less sensitive to gender discourse and its memory has been reconstructed to a certain extent by the dramatic representation of history. Over all, the study shows that the “ring structure” of the Internet field has created multiple versions of folk memory, and certain memory objects will have multiple “existences” in cyberspace.
