在家族企业普遍面临传承问题的关键时期，“去家族化”成为家族企业转型升级的愈发重要的选择。本文基于社会情感财富（SEW）视角，以2011-2020年中国2610上市家族企业为样本，分析了“去家族化”对家族企业R&D决策的影响。由实证得，家族对SEW的保全目标与家族企业R&D投入、家族对SEW的维护意愿与家族企业R&D投入变化率均存在倒U型关系。因此，“去家族化”程度较小的家族企业，追求更高的社会情感财富（更不愿舍弃SEW），并且随着“去家族化”进程的推进，家族企业的创新投入呈现出“倒U型”的变化趋势。本文揭示了家族对SEW的追求对家族企业R&D决策的影响，拓展了“去家族化”与R&D决策的研究视角。

In the critical period when family enterprises are generally facing inheritance problems, "defamiliarization" has become an increasingly important choice for the transformation and upgrading of family enterprises. Based on the theory of Social Emotional Wealth, this paper analyzes the impact of "de familiarization" on the R&D decision-making of family enterprises. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the family's preservation goal of sew and the family business R&D investment, the family's willingness to maintain sew and the change rate of family business R&D investment. Therefore, family enterprises with less "defamilialization " pursue higher social emotional wealth (more reluctant to abandon SEW), and their innovation investment shows an inverted U-shaped change trend. This paper reveals the influence of family pursuit of sew on R&D decision-making of family enterprises, and expands the research perspective of "defamiliarization" and R&D decision-making.
