目的:探究大学毕业生状态-特质焦虑和一般自我效能感的现状、在人口学变量(性别、生源地、专业、家庭经济状况、社会实践、社会支持来源、是否学生干部、专业成绩自我评定、面对当前境遇态度)上的差异及三者间相关关系。方法:在简单随机抽样的基础上采用基本信息调查表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和状态-特质焦虑量表(SAI-T)对某高校应届毕业生进行问卷调查。结果:毕业生状态焦虑、特质焦虑均显著高于(t=8.788,P<0,001;t=4.126,P<0,001)全国常模,也均显著高于(t=3.625,P<0,01;t=6.191,P<0.001)中国大学生常模,一般自我效能感也处于中上水平。毕业生状态焦虑、特质焦虑、一般自我效能感在性别、生源地、专业、家庭经济状况、社会实践、社会支持来源上均无显著差异,而在是否但学生干部、专业成绩自我评定、对当前境遇态度维度上存在不同差异情况,其中担任过学生干部的毕业生状态焦虑和一般自我效能感都高于(P<0.05)未担任过学生干部的大学毕业生,专业成绩越好,状态焦虑和一般自我效能感分数越高,而对特质焦虑无显著影响,对当前境遇越有自信心其特质焦虑越低、一般自我效能感越高,而在状态焦虑上无显著差异;毕业生状态焦虑和特质焦虑之间无显著相关,一般自我效能感和状态焦虑成显著正相关(r=0.597,P<0.01),而与特质焦虑成显著负相关(r=-0.467,P<0.01)。
外文摘要:
Goal: to explore the current conditions of college graduates on state anxiety, trait anxiety and general self-efficacy, their difference on natural variables such as gender, major, family economic conditions, social activities, social support, students’ leader, self-evaluated academic performance, attitude towards the current situation, and the relationship between each other. Method: using GSES,SAI-T to survey college graduates from the same college with random sampling. Findings: graduates’ state anxiety and trait anxiety are significantly higher than normal statistics, also significantly higher than the norm from college students, graduates’ score on general self-efficacy is not bad; there are no significant difference in graduates’ state anxiety, trait anxiety and general self-efficacy in different gender, major, family economic conditions, social activities, social support, but significantly different on students’ leader, self-evaluated academic performance, attitude towards the current situation; the state anxiety and general self-efficacy of graduates who had been a students’ leader are significant higher than who hadn’t; the better self-evaluated academic performance is, the higher of the state anxiety and general self-efficacy are, but no significant difference on trait anxiety; the more confident towards the current situation, the higher of the trait anxiety and general self-efficacy are, but no significant difference on state anxiety; there is no significant relationship between graduates’ state anxiety and trait anxiety, but general self-efficacy has significant positive relation to state anxiety, and significant negative correlation to trait anxiety.
