体育家庭作业作为一个新兴的形式出现在各位老师和家长的眼前,对于学生的成长发育以及全面发展具有重大的意义。实施体育家庭作业是对一个学校教师的综合考验,同对家长也充满了挑战。由于体育家庭作业的初步发布,学校各科教师以及教研教师都对其没有明确的目标,学生家长也对体育家庭作业了解不深,同时体育家庭作业的出台也引起了社会各界人士的关注。小学生是体育家庭作业实施的主体,小学生在不同年龄段有着自己的生长规律,而对于体育家庭作业的相关布置,很多教师都是比较盲目的。体育老师对体育家庭作业的认知也比较狭窄,各位学者对此也众说纷纭,并没有统一的定论。本论文使用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对北京市体育家庭作业的实施方式和问题展开调查。主要对教师、家长、学生对于体育家庭作业的态度。体育家庭作业的开展形式、评价方案。以及学生完成体育家庭作业的优劣影响因素进行调查分析,并发现实施体育家庭作业的实际问题,提出针对性的意见。本文的结论如下: 北京小学目前对于小学生的体育家庭作业的关注度也比较高,因此体育家庭作业的开展比较普及,大部分地区都已经开展了体育家庭作业,但是对于体育家庭作业的布置形式和科学性上有待优化和改革。尽管国家相关政策的发布会一定程度上影响体育家庭作业的开展,但是对于体育家庭作业的核心要点并没有完全领会,很大程度上只是响应了国家政策,但在实施上存在一定的惰性。学校的相关领导对体育家庭作业的开展并没有强烈的反应和呼吁,学校的领导并没有有效的推动国家政策。体育教师对体育家庭作业的认知也并不清晰,很大程度上比较盲目的布置体育家庭作业。在社会层面上来说,体育家庭作业的开展需要进行三位一体的合作,社区的开放程度也不够,学生在课后可使用的体育场地寥寥无几。 综上所述,为了体育家庭作业的继续完善和可持续性的良性循环还需要社会、学校、家庭互相协助,政府部门出关相应的政策。 |

As a new form, sports homework appears in front of teachers and parents, which is of great significance for students' growth and all-round development. The implementation of sports homework is a comprehensive test for a school teacher, but also full of challenges for parents. Due to the preliminary release of sports homework, teachers of various subjects and teachers of teaching and research have no clear goals for it, and students' parents do not have a deep understanding of sports homework. At the same time, the introduction of sports homework has also attracted the attention of people from all walks of life. Primary school students are the main body of the implementation of sports homework, primary school students in different ages have their own growth rules, and for sports homework related layout, many teachers are more blind. PE Teachers' cognition of PE homework is also relatively narrow, and scholars have different opinions on it, and there is no unified conclusion. This paper uses the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview to investigate the implementation mode and problems of sports homework in Beijing. Mainly to teachers, parents, students for sports homework attitude. The development form and evaluation scheme of sports homework. And students to complete the pros and cons of sports homework influencing factors for investigation and analysis, and found that the implementation of sports homework practical problems, put forward targeted suggestions. The conclusions are as follows At present, Beijing primary schools pay more attention to primary school students' Sports homework, so the development of sports homework is relatively popular. Most areas have carried out sports homework, but the layout form and scientific nature of sports homework need to be optimized and reformed. Although the press conference of relevant national policies affects the development of sports homework to a certain extent, the core points of sports homework are not fully understood. To a large extent, it only responds to the national policies, but there is a certain inertia in the implementation. School leaders have no strong response and appeal to the development of sports homework, school leaders have not effectively promoted the national policy. PE Teachers' cognition of PE homework is not clear, and they arrange PE homework blindly to a large extent. On the social level, the development of sports homework needs Trinity cooperation, the openness of the community is not enough, and students can use few sports venues after class. To sum up, in order to continue to improve the sports homework and sustainable virtuous circle, we need the mutual assistance of society, schools and families, and the corresponding policies of government departments. |
