体育家庭作业作为一个新兴的形式出现在各位老师和家长的眼前，对于学生的成长发育以及全面发展具有重大的意义。实施体育家庭作业是对一个学校教师的综合考验，同对家长也充满了挑战。由于体育家庭作业的初步发布，学校各科教师以及教研教师都对其没有明确的目标，学生家长也对体育家庭作业了解不深，同时体育家庭作业的出台也引起了社会各界人士的关注。小学生是体育家庭作业实施的主体，小学生在不同年龄段有着自己的生长规律，而对于体育家庭作业的相关布置，很多教师都是比较盲目的。体育老师对体育家庭作业的认知也比较狭窄，各位学者对此也众说纷纭，并没有统一的定论。本论文使用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等对北京市体育家庭作业的实施方式和问题展开调查。主要对教师、家长、学生对于体育家庭作业的态度。体育家庭作业的开展形式、评价方案。以及学生完成体育家庭作业的优劣影响因素进行调查分析，并发现实施体育家庭作业的实际问题，提出针对性的意见。本文的结论如下：

北京小学目前对于小学生的体育家庭作业的关注度也比较高，因此体育家庭作业的开展比较普及，大部分地区都已经开展了体育家庭作业，但是对于体育家庭作业的布置形式和科学性上有待优化和改革。尽管国家相关政策的发布会一定程度上影响体育家庭作业的开展，但是对于体育家庭作业的核心要点并没有完全领会，很大程度上只是响应了国家政策，但在实施上存在一定的惰性。学校的相关领导对体育家庭作业的开展并没有强烈的反应和呼吁，学校的领导并没有有效的推动国家政策。体育教师对体育家庭作业的认知也并不清晰，很大程度上比较盲目的布置体育家庭作业。在社会层面上来说，体育家庭作业的开展需要进行三位一体的合作，社区的开放程度也不够，学生在课后可使用的体育场地寥寥无几。

综上所述，为了体育家庭作业的继续完善和可持续性的良性循环还需要社会、学校、家庭互相协助，政府部门出关相应的政策。
