职业复原力是指随着时间的推移和环境的改变,个体基于自身适应性的特质,在面临职业变动和挑战时不断适应和发展的过程。互联网企业员工面临着高强度的职业压力和高频率的职业变动,工作不安全感突出,易引发其负性情绪,产生职业倦怠、工作满意度下降、离职行为等。提升职业复原力水平能够帮助互联网企业员工应对在本行业发展期间遇到的压力、变动和困境。 本研究讨论并验证了箱庭疗法提升互联网企业员工职业复原力的理论和可行性。通过箱庭疗法对一名互联网企业员工开展心理咨询,选用《职业生涯韧性问卷》和《明尼苏达职业满意度量表》作为测量工具,通过量表数据、箱庭作品变化和现实职业发展的变化来考察研究结果。本研究中共进行13次咨询,其中包含12次箱庭制作,箱庭历程分为四个阶段:准备与呈现阶段、混乱与整理阶段、转变与发展阶段以及成长与自性阶段。将咨询结束与咨询开始前的量表得分进行对比,来访者《职业生涯韧性问卷》总分由58分(低于样本均值一个标准差)ᨀ升为71分(高于样本均值),并在职业目标、持续学习、冒险倾向、自我效能四个维度均有提升,其中冒险倾向和自我效能维度提升明显。《明尼苏达职业满意度量表》总分由59分提升到77分,从不满意提升至满意度一般水平。结果表明箱庭疗法有效提升此位互联网企业员工的职业复原力水平,促进其心理成长,更加适应职业环境的变动和压力,使个人的职业生涯获得更好的发展。 研究结果表明,箱庭疗法从特质维度和过程维度,共计四个方面促进了来访者的职业复原力提升。就特质维度而言,箱庭疗法提供安全空间和关系,在满足安全需要的基础上增加冒险倾向;同时可以增强自我力量,提升自我效能感。从过程维度而言,箱庭咨询过程能有效体验和宣泄消极情绪,处理职业压力;同时建构形象化的职业生涯档案,基于自我认识明确职业发展方向 本研究得出的结论是,箱庭疗法能够有效提升互联网企业员工的职业复原力,并表现出独特的作用机制。 |

Career resilience refers to the process in which individuals, based on their adaptive traits, continuously adapt and develop in the face of career challenges over time and changes in the environment. The employees of Internet company are facing high-intensity occupational stress and high-frequency occupational changes, leading to a sense of job insecurity and the possibility of negative emotions, job burnout, decreased job satisfaction, and turnover behavior. Improving the level of professional resilience can help Internet company employees cope with the pressure, changes and difficulties encountered during the development of the industry. This study discusses the theoretical and practical feasibility of sandplay therapy in enhancing the career resilience of Internet company employees. Through sandplay therapy, a psychological counseling approach was used on an Internet company employee. The Career Resilience Questionnaire and Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were used as measurement tools, and the research results were presented through the scale data, the changes in sandplay works and the changes of actual career development. In this study, a total of 13 counseling sessions were conducted, including 12 sandplay sessions. The sandplay process was divided into four stages: preparation and presentation stage, confusion and organization stage, transformation and development stage, and growth and self-identity stage. By comparing the scores of the scales before and after the counseling sessions, the total score of the Career Resilience Questionnaire increased from 58 points(lower than the sample mean by one standard deviation) to 71 points (higher than the sample mean), with improvements in the career goals, continuous learning, adventure tendency, and self-efficacy dimensions, particularly in the adventure tendency and self-efficacy dimensions. The total score of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire increased from 59 points to 77 points, from dissatisfaction to a moderate level of satisfaction. The results indicate that sandplay therapy effectively enhances the career resilience of this Internet company employee, promotes psychological growth, and enables individuals to better adapt to changes and pressures in the vocational environment, leading to better career development. This study summarizes that sandplay therapy promotes career resilience from four aspects. From the trait dimension, sandplay therapy provides safe space and relationship, increases adventure tendency based on the satisfaction of safety needs; at the same time, it can enhance self-efficacy and self-efficacy. From the process dimension, the counseling process can effectively experience and vent negative emotions and deal with occupational stress;at the same time, construct career resilience portfolios and clarify career development direction based on self-awareness. The conclusion drawn from this study is that sandplay therapy can effectively enhance the career resilience of Internet company employees and demonstrate a unique mechanism of action. |
