在高校扩招以及高中生“普高热”的背景下,目前就读的中等职业学生普遍存在厌学风气,使得中等职业学校教学质量雪上加霜。了解中等职业学校学生厌学的真实现状,特别是分析他们厌学现象产生的原因,是有效地提出合理化建议的前提。通过对顺义区第一职业学校为例,运用自编问卷、以及采用文献法、访谈法等研究方法对中职生的厌学进行了研究。研究发现,中职生厌学情况非常普遍。厌学与性别无关,但与专业和年级呈显著差异。通过对厌学原因的统计发现,中职生由于学习基础差、专业兴趣不够、身心发展阶段性特征、学校管理方式、教师教学方式等因素对他们厌学影响较大,显著性检验结果显示达到了显著性水平。同时,家庭原因、学校课程设置和社会环境等也对中职生的厌学产生了一定影响。中职生的厌学既有自身原因,也有家庭、学校和社会原因。要改变中职生的厌学状况,让他们热爱学习、喜欢自己的专业,需要从多方面入手来提高中职生的学习质量。在家庭方面,学生家长要主动与学校沟通,让学生逐步热爱学习。在学校方面,提高教师的职业素质,改革教学方式和更新教学设备,设置实用的课程。在社会方面,要注重净化学校周边环境,加强对中等职业教育的正面宣传。

Under the background of Increased Enrollment in colleges and more and more students wish to go to study in junior high school, students currently enrolled in secondary vocational widespread study-wearied atmosphere, making worse the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools. An understanding of the real study-wearied situation of secondary vocational school students, especially analyzing the reasons for their study-wearied phenomenon is an effective way to put forward reasonable suggestions.Study-wearied situation of secondary vocational school students was studied in the first vocational school in Shunyi District by the use of questionnaires, literatures, interviews as well as other research methods, etc.. The study showed that study-wearied situation of students in vocational school was exceedingly popular, studying weariness unrelated to gender difference, but to major and grade differences. Statistical analysis of study-wearied reason showed that poor basic knowledge, lack of professional interest, physical and mental development characteristics, school management, teaching methods and other factors had greater impact on their study-wearied situation, with significant test results reaching the level of significance. Besides, family, school curriculum and social environment influence more or less study-wearied situation of secondary vocational school students. Study-wearied situation of secondary vocational school students results from family, school, and social reasons in addition to their own reason. Accordingly, multi-disciplinary approaches are required to change students’ studying weariness, to develop their true love of learning and profession as well as to improve their learning quality. From the perspective of the family, the school should take the initiative to communicate with parents so as to develop step by step students’ great love of learning. In terms of school, it is necessary to improve the professional quality of teachers, to conduct the reform of teaching methods, to update teaching equipment, as well as to set practical curriculum. In the social sphere, we should pay attention to purify school’ surrounding environment and to strengthen the positive publicity of secondary vocational education.
