作为国家后备发展人才,大学生的健康关系到社会的发展乃至国家的希望,大学生健康状况下降已成为一个重大的公众健康问题。如何通过加强体育锻炼提高学生健康水平,显得尤为重要。然而若想获得积极的身心效益、提高运动技能、提高社会适应能力,身心健康的长足发展,则需要长期、科学、规律地坚持体育锻炼。以健身健美运动为例,健身健美运动能够帮助学生提升形体美、身体健康和社会适应性,但国内高校健身健美课程在开设过程中存在一些问题,如教学目标的设定不够全面,评价形式和评价内容单一,学生对于健身健美运动的兴趣不高、参与度和锻炼频率低下,没有形成坚持体育锻炼的习惯。运动教育模式作为一种课程与教学模式,有良好教学效果,它在培养学生的运动知识、技能、社会适应性、情意以及终生体育观的形成方面有着十分独特的作用。因此将运动教育模式引入到高校健身健美课程教学中,可以为学生提供良好的团队竞争氛围,更好的促进学生健康体适能的发展,帮助学生形成锻炼坚持性,从而帮助健身健美课程教学效果的改善与提升。本研究以北京师范大学公共体育健美课学生为实验对象,主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、准实验法、数理统计法等多种方法,运用SPSS27.0和Amos26.0进行数据分析和统计。本研究对实验班实施运动教育模式,对对照班实施常规体育教学模式,通过对两个班学生的健康体适能和锻炼坚持性两项指标进行横向和纵向的对比分析,旨在探讨运动教育模式在高校公共体育健美课的应用效果。通过研究得出以下结论: (1)由于学习课时时间较短,学生真正用于器械锻炼的时间十分有限,并且由于场地器材的紧缺,运动教育模式与常规体育教学模式下的高校健身健美课程教学对于学生健康体适能的提升并没有起到太大的作用。(2)运动教育模式中对于团队联盟小组、积分榜和比赛的合理运用对于大学生锻炼坚持性的提高具有明显的帮助,尤其表现在对于锻炼行为的促进。因此运动教育模式应用于高校健身健美课程教学中,非常有利于提升学生的锻炼坚持性。(3)将运动教育模式应用于高校健身健美课程教学中,在课上锻炼投入程度、课后坚持运动打卡、比赛中迸发的激情方面都产生了良好的教学效果,因此运动教育模式可以在高校健身健美课程中广泛应用。 |

As national reserve development talents, the health of college students is related to the development of society and even the hope of the country, and the declining health of college students has become a major public health problem. How to improve students' health by strengthening physical exercise is particularly important. However, if we want to obtain positive physical and mental benefits, improve motor skills, improve social adaptability, physical and mental health of the long-term development, we need to long-term, scientific, regular adherence to physical exercise. Take fitness and aerobics as an example, fitness and aerobics can help students to improve their physical beauty, health and social adaptability, but there are some problems in the process of opening fitness and aerobics courses in domestic colleges and universities, such as insufficiently comprehensive setting of teaching objectives, a single form of assessment and evaluation content, low interest of students in fitness and aerobics, low participation and low frequency of exercise, and the lack of formation of the habit of adhering to physical exercise. As a kind of curriculum and teaching mode, sports education mode has good teaching effect, and it has a very unique role in cultivating students' sports knowledge, skills, social adaptability, sentiment and the formation of lifelong sports view. Therefore, introducing the sports education model into the teaching of college fitness and aerobics courses can provide students with a good team competition atmosphere, better promote the development of students' health and fitness, and help students to form exercise persistence, thus helping to improve and enhance the teaching effect of fitness and aerobics courses.This study takes the students of Beijing Normal University's public sports and fitness class as the experimental object, and mainly adopts a variety of methods such as literature method, questionnaire survey method, quasi-experimental method, mathematical statistics method, etc., and utilizes SPSS27.0 and Amos26.0 to analyze and count the data. This study implements the movement education model for the experimental class and the conventional physical education teaching model for the control class, and aims to explore the effect of the application of the movement education model in the public physical education and fitness classes in colleges and universities through the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the two indexes of students' health fitness and exercise adherence in the two classes. The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1) Due to the short learning time, the time students really spend on equipment exercise is very limited, and due to the shortage of field equipment, the teaching of college fitness and aerobics courses under the movement education model and the conventional physical education teaching model does not play a big role in improving students' health and fitness.(2) The rational use of team alliance groups, scoreboards and competitions in the sports education model has obvious help for the improvement of college students' adherence to exercise, especially in the promotion of exercise behavior. Therefore, the application of the sports education model in the teaching of college fitness and bodybuilding courses is very conducive to improving students' exercise adherence.(3) The application of the movement education model to the teaching of college fitness and bodybuilding courses has produced good teaching effects in terms of the degree of commitment to exercise in class, the adherence to the exercise punch card after class, and the passion that erupts in the competitions, so the movement education model can be widely used in college fitness and bodybuilding courses. |
