动力是贯穿思想政治教育发展始终的关键问题,而内生动力作为动力结构中深层次、基础性的要素,在思想政治教育内涵式、高质量发展阶段发挥着重要作用。思想政治教育内生动力研究是适应时代发展和学科发展需要提出的重要课题。对思想政治教育内生动力的认识,应在与其相对概念——外生动力的多维比较中深化,着眼动力因素、动力方向、动力关系等方面,切实把握思想政治教育内生动力的基本内涵。概言之,思想政治教育内生动力是思想政治教育内部各要素之间相互作用而生发转化凝聚的,促进其自身内涵式发展的内在推动力量。在内涵把握中,思想政治教育内生动力的价值意蕴也得以展现,其不仅是激发思想政治教育主体性的关键要素,也是深化思想政治教育理论的重要着力点,还是思想政治教育可持续发展的力量源泉。

内生动力是理论统一于实践的重要命题,具有深厚的理论意蕴。从理论视角出发探究内生动力的内在合理性,对于深入把握思想政治教育内生动力具有奠基作用。聚焦思想政治教育内生动力,基于矛盾和需要视角,从马克思主义经典作家和中国共产党领导人的理论学说中系统开展理论溯源,并从社会学、教育学、心理学等相关学科的思想理论中寻找有益借鉴,着力发掘探究思想政治教育内生动力的理论渊源。

多元要素的交织性、互动性决定了思想政治教育内生动力是一个多层次、结构化的系统。以系统思维探索思想政治教育内生动力的构成体系,内部矛盾是思想政治教育内生动力的根源核心。思想政治教育者主体性发挥的精神创造力、思想政治教育对象需求期待的目标导向力、思想政治教育质量评价环节的循环推动力构成了思想政治教育内生动力的具体表征。通过探讨内生动力的结构逻辑、内外动力的转化关系、内生动力在整体动力中的结构定位,将进一步立体化呈现思想政治教育内生动力的结构及其关系。

思想政治教育内生动力的形成呈现阶段性、发展性的演化过程。以时间维度探讨思想政治教育内生动力的形成过程及其机制,包括思想政治教育矛盾关系生发、主客体需求生发、评价要求生发的内生动力生发机制,内部矛盾关系向发展动力转化、主客体内在需求向行为动机转化、质量评价要求向改革动力转化的内生动力转化机制,以及个体动力向集体动力凝聚、单一动力向整体动力凝聚、多向动力向共向动力凝聚的内生动力凝聚机制。

研究思想政治教育内生动力根本在于激发提升。对思想政治教育内生动力概念内涵、构成要素和形成机制的把握,为找准思想政治教育内生动力的激发提升路径奠定了基础。基于此有针对性地提出激发提升思想政治教育内生动力的路径方法,包括激发思想政治教育主客体的主动创造性,发挥思想政治教育矛盾的可持续推动作用,推动思想政治教育评价环节常态化制度化,强化思想政治教育内生动力的凝聚融合。

Motivation is the key issue that runs through the development of ideological and political education. As a deep and fundamental element in the structure of motivation, endogenous motivation plays an important role in the connotation and high-quality development stage of ideological and political education. The research on the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education is an important topic to meet the needs of the development of the times and the development of the discipline. The understanding of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education should be deepened in the multidimensional comparison with its relative concept - exogenous motivation, and the basic connotation of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education should be grasped by focusing on the motivation factor, motivation direction and motivation relationship. In a word, the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education is the internal driving force to promote its own connotative development, that multiplying transforming and condensing from the interaction between the various elements of ideological and political education. In the process of grasping the connotation, the value implication of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education can also be displayed. It is not only the key factor to stimulate the subjectivity of ideological and political education, but also the important focus of deepening the theory of ideological and political education, and also the source of strength for the sustainable development of ideological and political education.

Endogenous motivation is an important proposition for the unification of theory and practice, which has profound theoretical implications. Exploring the internal rationality of endogenous motivation from a theoretical perspective has a foundation role in deeply grasping the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education. Focusing on the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education, based on the perspective of contradictions and needs, systematically carry out theoretical tracing from the theoretical theories of Marxist classic writers and leaders of the CPC, and seek useful references from the ideological theories of sociology, pedagogy, psychology and other related disciplines, so as to strive to deeply explore the theoretical origin of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education.

The complexity and interactivity of ideological and political education determines that its endogenous motivation is a multi-level and structured system. Explore the composition system of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education with systematic thinking. Internal contradictions are the root and core of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education. The spiritual creativity of the ideological and political educators' subjectivity, the goal-oriented force of the needs and expectations of the ideological and political education objects, and the circular driving force of the ideological and political education quality evaluation link constitute the specific representation of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education. By discussing the structural logic of endogenous motivation, the transformation relationship between endogenous and exogenous motivation, and the structural positioning of endogenous motivation in the overall motivation, the structure and relationship of endogenous motivation in ideological and political education will be further stereoscopically presented.

The formation of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education presents a phased and developmental evolution process. This paper discusses the formation process and mechanism of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education from the time dimension, including the endogenous motivation generation mechanism of ideological and political education's contradictory relationship, subjective and objective needs, and evaluation requirements, the endogenous motivation conversion mechanism of internal contradiction relationship to development motivation, subjective and objective needs to behavioral motivation, quality evaluation requirements to reform motivation, and the endogenous dynamic cohesion mechanism of individual motivation condenses into collective motivation, single motivation condenses into a whole motivation and multi-directional motivation condenses into a common motivation.

Researching the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education is fundamentally to stimulate and promote. The grasp of the connotation, constituent elements and formation mechanism of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education lays the foundation for finding the right way to stimulate and promote the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education. Based on this, this paper puts forward the ways and methods to stimulate and enhance the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education, including stimulating the initiative and creativity of the subject and object of ideological and political education, giving play to the sustainable driving role of ideological and political education contradictions, promoting the normalization and institutionalization of ideological and political education evaluation links, and strengthening the cohesion and integration of the endogenous motivation of ideological and political education.
