即时通讯技术的发展日新月异,混合办公趋势愈加明显,各种用于工作的即时通讯工具打破时空屏障、促进信息交流,方便协同办公和智慧共享。但与此同时,它也带来信息过载、社交过载等问题,容易引发消极情绪和行为。基于此,即时通讯工具使用所带来的影响日益受到关注和重视。本研究结合国内外科技竞争日益加剧的背景,研究对象锚定科技人才,深入思考即时通讯工具的使用与其创造力之间的关系,在梳理即时通讯工具、员工创造力、知识分享、社交媒体倦怠、科研压力的相关研究的基础上,选取资源保存理论为研究视角,构建研究模型并进行推导及研究假设,选取成熟的调查量表通过问卷调查展开数据收集,然后通过一系列实证分析得出研究结果,并针对检验结果进行讨论。

本研究得出以下主要结论:1.即时通讯工具的使用正向影响知识分享,知识分享正向影响科技人才创造力,且知识分享在即时通讯工具的使用与科技人才创造力之间发挥部分中介作用;2.即时通讯工具的使用正向影响社交媒体倦怠,社交媒体倦怠负向影响科技人才创造力,且社交媒体倦怠在即时通讯工具的使用与科技人才创造力之间发挥部分中介作用;3.科研压力在即时通讯工具的使用与知识分享之间的调节作用不显著,科研压力调节知识分享在即时通讯工具的使用与科技人才创造力之间的中介效应的假设并未得到支持;4.科研压力调节了即时通讯工具的使用对于社交媒体倦怠的影响,且调节了社交媒体倦怠对于即时通讯工具的使用与科技人才创造力的中介效应。

外文摘要:

The development of instant messaging technology is advancing rapidly, and the trend of mixing online and on-site work is becoming increasingly apparent. Various instant messaging tools used for work break through the barriers of time and space, promote information exchange, facilitate collaborative work and knowledge sharing.However, at the same time, it also brings problems such as information overload and social overload, which can easily trigger negative emotions and behaviors. Based on this, the impact of using instant messaging tools is increasingly being paid attention to and valued. This study combines the increasingly fierce technology competition at home and abroad, and focuses on scientific talents to deeply consider the relationship between the use of instant messaging tools and their creativity.And it is based on a review of research on instant messaging tools, employee creativity, knowledge sharing, social media fatigue, and research pressure. The research selectes the conservation of resources theory as research perspective, and uses mature scales to conduct questionnaire surveys and collect data,and then researches and discusses the test results through a series of empirical analysis .

The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The use of instant messaging tools has a positive impact on knowledge sharing, which has a positive impact on the creativity of scientific talents, and knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role between the use of instant messaging tools and the creativity of scientific talents; 2. The use of instant messaging tools has a positive impact on social media fatigue, while social media fatigue has a negative impact on the creativity of scientific talents. Social media fatigue fulfils a mediating role between the use of instant messaging tools and the creativity of scientific talents; 3. The moderating effect of research pressure on the use of instant messaging tools and knowledge sharing is not significant, and the hypothesis that research pressure moderates the mediating effect of knowledge sharing on the use of instant messaging tools and the creativity of scientific talents has not been supported; 4. Research pressure positively moderates the impact of the use of instant messaging tools on social media fatigue,and moderates the mediating effect of social media fatigue on the use of instant messaging tools and the creativity of scientific talents.
