改革开放以来,我国职业教育取得了巨大的发展,劳动者的职业技能水平不断提高。中等职业教育具有特殊性,学生在毕业后就开始走向社会。他们还不是很成熟,年龄也很小,要想更快的适应这个复杂的社会,就需要学生去掌握好自己的专业技能,并具备一个良好的身体和心理素质,这样有利于他们顺利地走上工作岗位。因此在体育教学中,对于中等职业学校来说,一定要将体育教学与专业特点结合起来,不同的体育课程就要采用不同的教学方法,这是体育改革发展的必然趋势。职业教育中体育教学有两项基本任务:第一,不断提高健康水平,促进劳动生产力的发展,保证高的服务能力;第二,增加劳动者的文化生活,促进社会精神文明建设的发展。企业中的员工可以通过体育锻炼提高自身的健康水平,提高企业总体的劳动效率,进而提高社会整体经济效益。加强对职业中学的教育,要学会从学生的专业技能入手,为学生的发展创造有利条件,不断提高学生的职业身体素质。要想实现这个目标,就需要中等职业学校不断改革体育的教学方法和内容,抓住学生的专业特点,去改革体育的教学方法和内容,为学生身体素质的提高奠定基础,促进学生的全面发展,提高学生的职业修养,为学生能够胜任工作岗位打下基础。实现宏伟的教育目标,掌握体育锻炼的技能,实现“终生体育”的教学目标。本文采用文献分析与实际情况相结合的方法,通过网络检索,查阅中国知网、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、北京师范大学体育学院资料室等的相关论文、期刊、资料等,对中等职业学校体育课教学现状及其对策方面的研究资料进行收集并与资料进行研究与分析,结合北京市昌平职业学校在校学生,对航空服务专业、航空轨道专业、汽车轨道专业、旅游服务与管理专业、学前教育专业、烹饪专业等专业学生进行问卷调查,重点针对我校汽修专业4个班级开展教学实验。结论,提出“三有”概念,“三有”分别指有用(对将来学生的岗位工作有一定的用处,对学生树立终身体育的意识有一定的作用)、有趣(采用恰当的教学方法和手段激发学生参与体育课的积极性)、有效(体育课有一定的效率、效益和效果)。然后基于中职体育课程大纲和当今体育课程改革的精神和方向,明确当今就业环境对中职生体育素质的要求,提出“三有”体育课堂具体实施策略。

Since the reform and opening up, China's occupation education has made tremendous development, and constantly improve the level of workers' occupation skills. The secondary occupation education is special, the students began to move toward the society after graduation. They also are not very mature, age is very small, to quickly adapt to the complex society, it requires students to to have a good control of their professional skills, and have a good physical and psychological quality, which is conducive to their successfully go on the job. So in the sports teaching, for the secondary vocational school, be sure to combine physical education and professional characteristics and different physical education curriculum to adopt different teaching methods, which is the inevitable trend of the reform and development of sports.Vocational education in sports teaching has two basic tasks: first, constantly improve health level, promote the development of labor productivity, ensure the higher service capacity; second, increase the cultural life of workers, promote the development of the social construction of spiritual civilization. Employees in the enterprise can through physical exercise to improve their health level and improving labor efficiency of an enterprise as a whole, and to improve the economic benefits of the whole society. Strengthen education in vocational schools, to learn from the students' professional skills of creating favourable conditions for the development of students, and continuously improve their professional body quality. In order to achieve this goal, you need to secondary vocational schools will continue to reform in PE teaching methods and contents, catch the student's professional characteristics to physical education reform, teaching method and content, so as to lay a foundation for the improvement of students' physical quality, promote students' all-round development, improve students' vocational training, for students to competent job playing the foundation. Achieve the grand goal of education, master of physical exercise skills, to achieve the teaching goal of "lifetime sports".This paper uses the literature analysis method combining with the actual situation, through the network retrieval, access China, Chinese HowNet Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Wanfang database, Beijing Normal University Institute of physical data rooms and other related papers, journals, documents, collect the data of studies on current situation of physical education teaching in secondary vocational schools and the countermeasures and carry out research and analysis and data, combined with the school of Changping occupation school students in Beijing City, conducted a questionnaire survey of professional aviation services, aviation, rail, rail professional automobile professional tourism service and management, preschool education, professional cooking and other professional students, focusing on the automotive specialty in our college 4 class teaching.Conclusion, put forward "3" concept, "3" are useful (to have a certain usefulness of students of jobs in the future, for students to establish lifelong sports consciousness has a role), interesting (using the proper teaching methods and means to inspire students to participate in physical education enthusiasm) and effective (gym class is the efficiency, benefit and effect of). Then based on the syllabus of secondary vocational school sports and modern sports curriculum reform spirit and direction, clear today's employment environment of secondary vocational school students physical quality requirements, proposed the "three a" concrete implementation strategies of physical education class.
