党的十八大将立德树人当作教育工作的一项重要任务,明确了教育具有的价值和功能,开始从国家层面更加深入系统地考虑“教育要培养什么样的人”这一教育最根本的问题。教育部于2014年出台了有关加快课程改革步伐、落实立德树人任务的意见,《意见》中提到,要按照各阶段学生的实际情况建立核心素养体系,明确符合学生成长所需的必备能力和重要品行。学科核心素养是学科育人价值的集中表现,是学生通过学科学习逐步形成的正确价值观、必备品格和关键能力。新修订的《普通高中思想政治课程标准》(2017年版)指出,高中学生通过思想政治课程学习,应该能够具备政治认同、科学精神、法治意识和公共参与等思想政治学科核心素养。其中,“政治认同”位居思想政治学科核心要素之首,提供了新时代高中生创造幸福生活的精神支柱、价值追求和道德准则,有助于青年学生牢固树立中国特色社会主义理想信念,成为社会主义的合格建设者和可靠接班人。 少数民族地区的高中生,由于其社会经验和相关知识的缺乏,是非判断能力不够强,价值观不够成熟,很容易受到民族主义的影响,意识和行为容易极端化。在当前的社会整体态势和学生自身实际的双重压力下,探究少数民族地区高中生的政治认同核心素养培育问题尤为重要。本研究立足思想政治学科核心素养培育,依托对学科核心素养视域下政治认同的内涵和结构的充分梳理,针对少数民族地区高中生群体政治认同及培育现状展开实证研究,以此为基础,进一步分析探讨少数民族地区高中生政治认同培育的有效途径。
外文摘要:
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party taken high moral values establishment and people cultivation as an important task of education, clarified the value and function of education, and started to consider the most fundamental problem from the national level deeply and systematically, that is "what kind of education should be cultivated" . In 2014, the Ministry of Education carried out the opinions on accelerating the pace of curriculum reform and implementing the mission of Lide Shuren. The Opinions mentioned that the core literacy system has to be established in accordance with the difference of students at all stages, and clearly meet the ability and moral conduct requirements for students’ growth. The core literacy of the discipline is the concentrated expression of the subject's education value, and it is the students’ correct values, necessary character , key abilities , gradually formed through the study of the discipline. The newly revised "Elderly High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards" (2017 edition) pointed out that high school students should possess the core literacy of political identification, scientific spirit, legal consciousness and Public participation.etc through the study during the high school. Among them, political identity ranks first in the core literacy of the Ideological and Political Discipline, providing the spiritual support, value pursuit and moral norms for the high school students to create a happy life in the new era, which helps students to firmly establish the ideals and beliefs of socialism with Chinese characteristics and become Socialist qualified builders and reliable successors. Due to the lack of social experience and related knowledge, high school students in ethnic minority areas, are not strong enough in judgment and not mature enough in values. Therefore, they could be influenced by nationalism easily, and their consciousness and behavior are easily extreme. Under the current dual pressure of the overall situation of the society and the actual conditions of the students themselves, it is particularly important to explore the core literacy cultivation of political identity of high school students in minority areas. Focusing on the core literacy cultivation of ideological and political disciplines, and relying on the fully analyze of the connotation and structure of political identity under the perspective of core literacy of disciplines, this paper conducted an empirical study at the status of the political identity and its cultivation of high school students in ethnic minority areas , and further analyzed and discussed the effective ways to cultivate political identity of high school students in ethnic minority areas.
