中韩之间的贸易往来历史悠久，最远可以追溯到2000多年前。1992年中国与韩国建交之后，更是取得了长足发展。2013年，中韩的双边贸易额为2,742.5亿元，韩国对中国出口占韩国外贸总额的比重为26.1%。中国已经成为韩国最大贸易伙伴、最大出口市场、最大进口来源国、最大海外投资对象国。中韩双边贸易额超过了韩美、韩日、韩欧贸易额的总和。2014年11月6日，贸易关系紧密的中韩两国结束了FTA实质谈判阶段，预计2015年底将正式推行中韩FTA。为此，研究中国和韩国签署FTA后对两国的有利和不利影响，以推动中韩两国经贸往来就变得非常重要。本论文为促进中韩两国的贸易往来，研究分析法、比较分析法和案例分析法等研究方法，希望通过对中韩贸易的发展及现状，以及中韩FTA的签署进行研究，分析中韩FTA签署后对中韩贸易的影响，找出其中对两国有利或不利的影响。
