在国家“实现优质教育资源共享”的政策号召下，作为中国信息通讯巨头企业之一的中国移动通信集团公司打造了面向全国用户群体的开放式 “和教育”云平台（以下简称“和教育”）。本研究基于北京师范大学和中国移动的合作项目，搭建出了一个教育资源平台的指导-分析框架，最终目的是为“和教育”的资源运营提供重建和修改的参考意见。 研究前期分别通过初步分析“和教育”以及访谈平台方相关部门人员，大致了解平台存在的问题，明确项目委托方的具体需求。运用文献分析法搭建出初步的框架，并结合专家咨询得到的反馈意见对框架进行了修正和完善。随后使用修改后的框架分别对“和教育”和一些标杆平台进行分析，明确“和教育”资源运营方面的具体问题，并从成功案例中寻找对应的解决办法。最后为“和教育”云平台资源运营方面的重建和改进提供有价值的建议。

To answer the call of "implementing high-quality education resource sharing" policy of Chinese government, China Mobile Communications Corporation (CMCC), one of the biggest enterprises in the industry of Chinese information and communication, creates an open cloud platform named “He Education” for the national user community. This study builds a guiding- analytical framework and targets to offer advice on reconstruction and modification of “He Education” cloud platform, based on the cooperative project between Beijing Normal University and CMCC. During the early stage of this study, our project group interviewed personnel in relevant departments of the platform and specify their requirements. Also, we had a general understanding of the platform's problems by using it. Later, I built a preliminary framework and modified with suggestions from experts in relevant fields. Then analyzed “He Education” cloud platform and some benchmarking platforms with the finalized framework, pinpointing specific problems of “He Education” as well as looking for solutions for these problems. At last, proposing constructive advice for “He Education”.
