党的十九大报告指出要实施乡村振兴战略，作为乡村振兴的总要求之一，产业兴旺被摆在第一位。农民合作社由于“天然的益贫性”，已经成为农村生计发展的重要推动力量，也是农户应对市场风险的一种有效组织形式。当前，社会组织大力参与脱贫攻坚，通过培育农民合作社是村民脱贫及实现村庄的可持续发展是常见的一种手段，但是如何让农民成功实现合作，以及合作社是否可脱离支持的社会组织成功运作成为一个难题。

本研究所选取的J村生态农耕合作社是一个由普通农户组建的种植合作社，成立6年来，从6户社员到50户合作社社员，合作社运作日趋规范，不断推出新的产品，客户日趋稳定，且已完全脱离支持的社会组织独立运作。

本研究将梳理其三年的发展脉络入手，采用社会资本的理论，从外部社会资本和内部社会资本的角度出发，探寻由普通农户组成的合作社成功运作的实现路径，供其他乡村发展类社会组织或政府部门借鉴，更好的实现乡村振兴战略。

研究发现，内部社会资本是合作社发展的根本保障，合作社理事长与社员之间、社员和社员之间建立良好的合作信任关系，熟人信任将逐渐演化为制度信任，合作社的发展日趋稳定和规范。外部社会资本是合作社发展的重要助力，合作社的外部社会资本中，市场是最关键的外部资本。具备专业支持能力的社会组织对合作社的成立和发展也发挥了极重要的作用。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the strategy of rural revitalization should be implemented. As one of the general requirements for rural revitalization, industrial prosperity was placed first. Farmers ’cooperatives have become an important driving force for the development of rural livelihoods due to the “natural poverty benefit”, and an effective form of organization for farmers to respond to market risks. At present, social organizations are actively involved in poverty alleviation. It is a common method for villagers to get rid of poverty and achieve sustainable development of villages by cultivating farmers' cooperatives. However, how to enable farmers to successfully cooperate and whether cooperatives can be successfully separated from the support of social organizations is a puzzle.

The village J ecological farmer cooperative selected by this research is a planting cooperative formed by ordinary farmers. Since its establishment 6 years ago, it has 50 members from 6 members at the beginning. The cooperative has continuously launched new products, and the customers have become more stable, and they have completely separated from the support of social organizations.

This study will start by combing its three-year development context, using the theory of social capital, from the perspective of external social capital and internal social capital, to explore the realization path of the successful operation of cooperatives composed of ordinary farmers, other rural development social organizations or government departments can learn from this case and implement the strategy of rural revitalization better.

The study found that internal social capital is the fundamental guarantee for the development of cooperatives. A good trust system has been established between the chairman of the cooperative and its members, and between members and members. The trust of acquaintances will gradually evolve into institutional trust system.

External social capital is an important boost to the development of cooperatives. Among the external social capital of cooperatives, the market is the most critical external capital. Social organizations with professional support capabilities also play a very important role in the establishment and development of cooperatives.
