静态拉伸(static stretching,SS)是经典的赛前热身放松方式,但有研究表明其可能会对无氧爆发力产生消极影响,最近使用泡沫轴(Foam Roller,FR)进行自我放松的技术被认为是一种更好的赛前热身放松方式,且被越来越多运动员所推崇,但目前有关其对爆发力的影响还不是很清楚。目的:评估静态拉伸放松和泡沫轴滚动自我放松对运动员下肢爆发力的影响水平,寻找一种更适合运动员的放松和热身方式,从而为提升运动员爆发力,并探讨其可能存在的机制,为建立更科学的运动放松方式提供理论支撑。方法:随机选取30名北京师范大学在校本科生中体育专业男性大学生为受试者,并随机分为3组(1个对照组,2个干预组),在干预前后分别测量受试者进行立定跳远和原地纵跳成绩以及运动时肌肉电信号均方根振幅(Root Mean Square,RMS)。干预部位:腓肠肌、腘绳肌、股直肌、内收肌。干预时间:12min。结果:两组干预组干预后的坐位体前屈能力较对照组和干预前有显著提高,且拉伸组更明显(P<0.01);跳远距离与原地跳高高度测试中,拉伸组在立定跳远测试中干预后跳远距离显著性下降(P<0.05)。在原地跳高测试只是略有降低,但没有显著性差异;而对照组和泡沫轴组干预后不管立定跳远还是原地跳高成绩均无显著性差异;△performance(%)中,在立定跳远中拉伸组和其他两组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.01),在原地跳高中实验组间无显著性差异。结论:拉伸和泡沫轴滚动放松均可以提高下肢柔韧性,且拉伸效果更好;泡沫轴自我放松没有明显影响受试者无氧爆发力,而静态拉伸对无氧爆发力会产生消极影响,其机制可能是因为静态拉伸对肌肉过度牵拉造成的向心收缩能力的“削弱”。

Static stretching (static stretching, SS) is a classic way to relax the pre-match warm-up, but studies have found it may be a negative impact on anaerobic power, recently more and more sports used bubble axis (Foam Roller, FR) to relax themselves technology, it is considered to be a better way to relax the body and to warm-up, but now effects on explosive force is not clear. Objective: to evaluate the relaxing effect of SS and FR on anaerobic Power in the lower extremity of male adult college students, to find a way to relax and warm-up, which is more suitable for athletes. Methods: randomly selecting 30 of Beijing normal university of college of physical education and sports as the subjects, and randomly dividing them into 3 groups (a control group, two intervention groups), before the subjects were measured we were stand their long jump ,jump results in situ and motion EMG root-mean-square amplitude (Root Mean Square, RMS). Intervention site:Gastrocnemius, hamstring, quadriceps, adductor. Duration of intervention: 12min. Results: the preflexion ability of the two intervention groups was significantly higher than that of the control group and the intervention groups, and the stretching group was more obvious (P < 0.01). In the test of long jump distance and in-place jump height test, the distance of long jump of the stretching group was significantly decreased after intervention in the standing jump test (P < 0.05). In situ high jump test the stretching group was only slightly reduced, but there was no significant difference; however, no significant difference was found in the control group and the foam axis group after intervention. In the △performance (%), there was a significant difference between the stretching group and the other two groups (P < 0.01) in the standing jump test, and there was no significant difference between the experimental groups in the local high jump. Conclusion: Both stretch and foam roller relaxation can improve the flexibility of in the lower extremity, and the effect of stretching is better. FR did not significantly affect the subjects, relaxing, but SS will produce negative influence, its mechanism might be due to static stretching on muscle caused by excessive force centripetal contraction ability of "weakening".
