随着互联网+教育的不断发展,大数据分析技术、学习分析技术越来越受到关注,为教师的教学、学生的学习、教育软件和平台的完善提供了巨大的帮助。大部分学校评价学生学习状况的指标是传统教学模式中的考试成绩,这极大的限制了学生对自身学习状况的了解,不利于教师发现学生的问题,同时制约了教育平台的发展和完善。本研究利用Rasch模型构建电子书包环境下的学习成绩分析模型,并通过对学生考试成绩的分析得出学生的知识掌握水平、认知能力状况,实现对模型的验证。本研究包括以下四个研究内容:(1)文献研究,本研究通过阅读文献,梳理分析了Rasch模型在教育领域中的应用,Rasch模型已经被广泛的应用于教育研究中,但是应用范围比较有限,解决的研究问题比较集中。而利用Rasch模型对学生知识掌握水平以及认知能力情况进行分析的研究中,存在知识点涵盖范围小,计分方式单一等问题。(2)学习成绩分析模型的构建,依据Rasch模型的特点、结合题目、知识点和认知三者间的关系、按照学习分析的步骤构建出电子书包环境下的学习成绩分析模型以及学习仪表盘生成模型。(3)学习成绩分析模型的验证,本研究通过分析电子书包实验校的月考数据,利用Rasch模型分析软件对数据进行分析,得出每一位学生、每个班级和年级平均的知识点掌握水平以及各认知维度能力状况,通过可视化呈现,为教师和学生提供建议,同时验证得出学习分析模型是有效性的。(4)电子书包环境下学习分析系统原型设计,根据学习成绩分析模型以及数据分析后呈现形式,结合现有的电子书包平台对学习分析系统中的教师端和学生端进行原型设计。

With the continuous development of Internet and education, big data analysis and learning analysis have received more and more attention, which has provided tremendous help for teaching, learning, educational software and platform’s developing. Most schools evaluate students' learning status according the test scores in the traditional teaching model. This greatly limits the students' understanding of their learning status, which is not conducive for teachers to discover students' problems and restricts the development and improvement of the education platform at the same time. This study uses Rasch model to construct the analysis model of learning score under the environment of e-schoolbag. We can obtain the level of mastering knowledge and the status of cognitive ability for students and achieve the verification of the model by analyze test scores. This study includes four research contents: (1) Document research. Through the reading of literature, this study analyzes the application of Rasch model in the field of education. The Rasch model has been widely used in educational research, but the scope of application has been limited, and research problems that can be solved are more concentrated. And there are problems such as small scope of knowledge and single scoring method within the studies which analyze students’ mastering knowledge level and status of cognitive ability applying Rasch model. (2) Construct a learning performance analysis model and learning panel generation model under the e-schoolbag according to the characteristics of Rasch model , the relationship between the topics, knowledge points and cognition and the steps of learning analysis.(3) The verification of learning performance analysis model. This study analyze data using Rasch model analysis software according to the analysis of the test data in e-schoolbag experimental school. It is concluded the level of mastering acknowledge points and the status of all cognitive ability for each student, each class and the whole grade. It provides suggestions for teachers and students through visualization, and show the effectiveness of learning analysis model. (4) Prototype design of learning analysis system in e-schoolbag.Based on the analysis model of academic performance and the form of data analysis, the prototype design of the teachers and students in the learning analysis system was carried out in combination with the existing e-schoolbag platform.
