       教师一直是社会发展向前推动不可或缺的因素之一,培养各级各类的人才都需要教师的辛勤付出。作为启蒙教育的小学教师,最基础的识字阅读、计算解题、习惯培养等对学生后续的发展起到至关重要的作用。小学教师整日与学生为伴,忙碌于工作上的各种事情,从未停下脚步。
       本文从小学教师一日工作状况的现象中,找寻教师工作时间背后的本质,虽然每日平均工作时间在10.5小时以上,他们依然做好本职工作。本文通过自编式调查问卷和三位教师的深度访谈,对教师的工作时间进行梳理和分析。研究主要分为以下五部分:时间深度——教师的工作时间被打碎;时间边界——教师的工作与生活不分家;时间冲突——教师的工作时间分主次;时间节奏——教师的工作时间像钟表;时间轨迹——教师的职业生涯要发展。
      将工作时间的五个层面进一步梳理,与时间管理倾向的三个维度进行对比分析,在时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感方面得出结论:教师在时间管理意识和能力方面不强,对时间利用和运筹的观念和能力不强,时间管理效能感不足,影响时间管理的效率,导致职业幸福感不强。文中最后提出教师时间管理的解决策略,为学校管理者和教师提供参考。

    Teachers have always been one of the indispensable factors to promote social development. Cultivating talents at all levels and of all kinds requires the hard work of teachers.As primary school teachers of enlightenment education, the most basic literacy reading, calculation and problem solving, habit cultivation and so on, play a vital role in the students' subsequent development. Primary school teachers always on the way, spend the day with students, busy with all kinds of work.
    This paper looks for the essence of teachers' working hours from the phenomenon of primary school teachers' daily working conditions. Although the average daily working hours are more than 10.5 hours, they still do their own work well. This paper analyzes the working hours of teachers through self-compiled questionnaire and in-depth interviews with three teachers. The research is divided into five parts: time depth — teachers' working hours are scattered; time boundary — teachers' work and life are not separated; time conflict —teachers' working hours are divided into priority and secondary; time rhythm — teachers' working hours are like a clock which always runs around;time track — teachers' career should be developed.
    The five levels of working time are further combed, compared with the three dimensions of time management tendency, and the conclusions are drawn in terms of time value, time monitoring and time efficacy:Teachers are not strong in time management consciousness and ability, not strong in the concept and ability of time utilization and operational research, Insufficient sense of time management efficacy, affecting the efficiency of time management, which leads to poor professional happiness.Finally, this paper puts forward the solution strategy of teacher time management, which provides reference for school administrators and teachers.
