近年来,人工智能在大数据、神经网络、深度学习等技术的推动下再创发展新高潮,广受政府、媒体、学界与社会大众的关注。传统技术革命实现了工业生产力对人类体力劳动的取代,人工智能以实现对人类脑力劳动的替代为目标,使人有足够的时间实现个人的全面发展。但是,当技术型人才中的医生、记者、警察、服务员到艺术人才中的诗人、作家等重要的身份逐渐被人工智能所取代时,人类“诗意栖居”于世的生活状态不断被消解。媒介技术的发展在带来经济繁荣与生活便利的同时,也导致了人类精神世界的贫困。人工智能作为未来媒介发展依托的核心技术,其发展方向与路径引人深思。
休伯特·德雷福斯(Hubert L.Dreyus)在人工智能发展史上的特殊身份决定了其对人工智能技术发展的重要影响。作为存在主义哲学家的他,在关于人工智能的投资问题上,给出了坚定的谨慎态度。德雷福斯依据马丁·海德格尔、梅洛·庞蒂与后期维特根斯坦的研究,对老式人工智能假设提出质疑,明确指出传统人工智能研究中对身体媒介的重要性、感知的整体性及常识经验的非表征化等内容的忽视将导致智能技术的停滞。德雷福斯从现象学的视角分析了传统无身智能研究的极限,并提出新的研究路径,为人工智能技术进步突破瓶颈做出重要贡献,但遗憾的是,相关理论研究迟迟未得到广泛关注。
本文以德雷福斯无身智能理论为研究对象,包含五部分内容。在绪论中,我首先对德雷福斯无身智能理论的研究现状与本文的选题意义、研究方法进行了简单介绍。第一章通过梳理人工智能发展史介绍德雷福斯在人工智能史上的重要作用及其现象学研究视角的提出。第二章系统阐述了德雷福斯人工智能理论提出的重要哲学渊源,主要包括海德格尔的存在主义技术观、梅洛·庞蒂的涉身认知观与维特根斯坦的语言游戏理论。第三章重点阐释了德雷福斯对人工智能技术研究的现象学分析,共分三个部分。第一部分是德雷福斯对传统人工智能假设局限性的分析。第二部分是德雷福斯根据现象学理论对人工智能研究假设的替换,主要包括身体与感知系统、局势背景与情境系统以及双向互动与交互系统三条现象学进路。第三部分总结了德雷福斯人工智能理论的意义与局限性。第四章也是本文的创新点,人工智能技术作为未来媒介的核心技术,对智能媒介的研究离不开对人工智能技术的探索。本章通过将德雷福斯的人工智能哲学理论引入传播学,以为未来智能媒介的发展与研究做出方向性预判。

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence has recreated a new upsurge driven by the development of technologies such as big data, neural networks, and deep learning, so that it has been widely concerned by the government, the media, the academic community, and the public. The traditional technological revolution has realized the replacement of human physical labor by industrial productivity. Artificial Intelligence aims to achieve the replacement of human mental labor, thus people could have enough time to achieve the overall development of individuals. However, when the important identities of doctors, journalists, policemen, waiters, and poets and writers in the art talents are gradually replaced by artificial intelligence, the living conditions of human “poetic dwelling” in the world are constantly being dissolved. The development of media technology, while bringing economic prosperity and convenience to life, has also led to poverty in the spiritual world of mankind. Artificial Intelligence, as the core technology for the development of future media, its development direction and path are thought provoking.
The special identity of Hubert L. Dreyus in the history of Artificial Intelligence determines its important influence on the development of Artificial Intelligence technology. As an existential philosopher, he served as an investment adviser to the US Department of Defense, and he gave a firm and cautious attitude on investment in artificial intelligence. Based on the research of Martin Heidegger, Merleau Ponty and later Wittgenstein, Dreyfus questioned the old Artificial Intelligence hypothesis and clearly pointed out the importance and perceived integrity of the physical media in traditional Artificial Intelligence research. Neglect of non-characterization of common sense experience and other things will lead to the stagnation of smart technology. From the perspective of phenomenology, Dreyfus analyzed the limits of traditional non-body intelligence research and proposed new research paths, which made important contributions to the breakthrough of artificial intelligence technology. However, unfortunately, relevant theoretical research has not been obtained extensive attention.
This thesis takes Drefus's theory of bodyless intelligence as the research object, which contains five parts. In the introduction, I firstly introduce the research status of Drefus's theory of bodyless intelligence and the significance and research methods of this paper. The first chapter introduces the important role of Dreyfus in the history of Artificial Intelligence development and the perspective of its phenomenological research by combing the history of Artificial Intelligence development. The second chapter systematically expounds the important philosophical resources proposed by Dreyfus Artificial Intelligence theory, including Heidegger's existentialist technical view, Merleau Ponty's cognition of humanism and Wittgenstein's language game theory. The third chapter focuses on the phenomenological analysis of Dreyfus's development of artificial intelligence technology, which is divided into three parts. The first part is Dreyfus' analysis of the limitations of traditional Artificial Intelligence assumptions. The second part is Dreyfus's replacement of Artificial Intelligence research hypothesis based on phenomenological theory, which mainly includes three phenomenological approaches: body and perception system, situation background and situation system, and two-way interaction and interaction system. The third part summarizes the significance and limitations of Dreyfus's Artificial Intelligence theory. The fourth chapter is also the innovation of this paper. Artificial Intelligence technology is the core technology of the future media. The research on intelligent media is inseparable from the exploration of artificial intelligence technology. This chapter introduces Drefus's theory of Artificial Intelligence into communication studies, and makes directional predictions for the development and research of smart media in the future.
