As a person who lives in the environment, teacher's behavior of independent professional development cannot be separated from the influence of themselves and the environment. Based on the field dynamic theory of Lewin, this paper attempts to reduce the educational story of the two teachers by taking the professional growth experience as a clue through the interview of the two teachers P teachers and H teachers, analyzing the factors that affect the independent professional development motivation of the two teachers, and explaining the behaviors and choices of the two teachers in the process of professional development. |
