党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视科技创新问题。围绕科技创新及相关重大问题，习近平总书记发表了一系列重要论述。本文运用文献研究法、案例研究法和历史研究法，对习近平总书记关于科技创新的重要论述进行研究。论文首先梳理了本课题的研究背景和现状，从国际以及国内两个角度论述了本课题的时代背景；接着，从“领导、动力、核心、改革、人才、保护、目标”等七个维度论述了主要内容；最后，从理论和实践两大方面总结了习近平关于科技创新重要论述的时代价值。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the Central Committee of the Party with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the issue of scientific and technological innovation. Focusing on scientific and technological innovation and related major issues, General Secretary Xi Jinping issued a series of important statements. This paper uses literature research, case study and historical research to study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on scientific and technological innovation. Firstly, the paper reviews the research background and current situation of this topic, and discusses the historical background of this topic from both international and domestic perspectives. Then, it discusses the main contents from seven dimensions: "leadership, motivation, core, reform, talent, protection and goal". Finally, the paper sums up the value of The Times from two aspects of theory and practice.
