新冠疫情（COVID-19）期间，大学生使用社交媒体的频率大幅度增加。由于防疫措施所引起的社交缺乏增加了人们的孤独感。孤独感与个体所处的环境以及自身的因素有关。依恋风格作为人际关系的重要解释和预测理论之一，可能在社交网络使用行为和孤独感的关系中起调节作用。本研究旨在探讨疫情中大学生社交网络具体使用情況、依恋风格与其社交网络使用行为及孤独感之间的相互关系。本研究采用问卷调查法，线上招募了317名在校大学生进行问卷填写，采用社交网络使用行为量表、UCLA孤独量表、成人依恋量表进行测量，使用SPSS 26.0进行相关分析和回归分析考察变量间的关系。结果表明：（1）大学生在疫情中的聊天行为和孤独感显著负相关，发布行为和浏览行为均与孤独感无相关。（2）依恋焦虑与依恋回避均和孤独感显著正相关。（3）依恋焦虑在发布行为与孤独感之间的关系起到了调节作用（F(1,246)=3.40,P=0.06）。

During the COVID-19 outbreak, college students' use of social media has increased significantly. The lack of social interaction caused by the epidemic prevention measures has increased loneliness. Loneliness is related to the environment in which individuals live and their factors. As one of the essential explanatory and predictive theories of interpersonal relationships, attachment style may play a moderating role in the relationship between social network use and loneliness. This study aims to understand the relationship between college students' social network usage, attachment style, social network usage behavior, and loneliness during the epidemic. In this study, 317 college students were recruited online to fill out the questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. The social network uses a behavior scale, UCLA loneliness scale, adult attachment scale for measurement, and SPSS 26.0 for correlation and regression analysis—the relationship between variables. The results show that: (1) The chatting behavior of college students during the epidemic is significantly negatively correlated with loneliness, and the posting and browsing behavior is not correlated with loneliness. (2) Both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance were significantly positively correlated with loneliness. (3) Attachment anxiety moderated the relationship between publishing behavior and loneliness (F(1,246)=3.40, P=0.06).
