领导力作为一门新学科至今已有100多年历史,而自我领导力作为领导力概念中的新兴代表,对个体多方面的行为和绩效有着积极的影响和效用。随着抗击疫情的常态化,人们对于身体的关注越来越多,对身心健康的意识也越来越强,对于什么样的生活方式才是健康的,才是对生活工作有良好的循环关系的,有了越多来越的思考。因此,如何建立和保持身心健康的生活方式受到越来越多学者和追求健康生活的人群的关注。尤其,在健康减肥这一热门话题的讨论上,无论是意图起因和整体机制的学术探索,还是运动行为上练习和饮食习惯上的创新,都覆盖了我们周边方方面面的社交网络和信息来源。而自我领导力作为能够激发个体内在力量的有效方式,是否对有减肥需求的人群起到意图上的提升,计划上的促进,行为上的督促或者效果上的持续保持的作用,即是本文作者想要集中探究的主题。

本研究基于健康行动过程取向模型(HAPA),结合国内外学者在健康活动(Physical Fitness)领域的研究,建立了健康减肥行动过程取向模型,即理想体型-减肥意图-计划-减肥行为、减肥效果的链式中介通路,并验证了自我领导力在其中的调节作用。本研究选取有健康减肥活动意愿的312名被试,进行了为期一个月的追踪研究,考察自我领导力对减肥的作用机制。过程分为三个时间点(T1,T2,T3),T1为初始测量,T2在两周后进行测量,T3T2的两周后测量。三个时间点分别为被试发放一次问卷,其中包含对:自我领导力,理想体型,意图,行动计划,应对计划,减肥行为和减肥效果的测量。

  研究结果如下:理想体型-意图-计划的中介通路不显著;意图-计划-减肥行为的中介通路显著,意图-计划-减肥效果的中介通路不显著。自我领导力在意图和计划之间,计划与主观减肥效果之间起到调节作用。

结果表明,在减肥过程中,自我领导力越强的人,能够在减肥意图产生后,出现更具体和有效实施的计划,也会产生相应的减肥行为,从而带来更好的减肥效果。

Leadership has been a new discipline for more than 100 years now, and self-leadership, as an emerging representative of the concept of leadership, has a positive impact and utility on the behavior and performance of individuals in many aspects. With the normalization of anti-epidemic, people are more and more concerned about their body and more and more aware of their physical and mental health, and there are more and more thoughts about what kind of lifestyle is healthy and has a good circular relationship with life and work. Therefore, how to establish and maintain a physically and mentally healthy lifestyle is getting more and more attention from scholars and people who pursue healthy life. In particular, the discussion on the hot topic of healthy weight loss, whether it is the academic exploration of the intentional causes and overall mechanisms, or the exercise behavioral practices and innovations in eating habits, has covered all aspects of our surrounding social networks and information sources. Whether self-leadership, as an effective way to stimulate the inner strength of the individual, can enhance the intention, promote the plan, urge the behavior or sustain the effect of weight loss for people who need to lose weight is the topic that the authors want to focus on in this paper.

Based on the Health Action Process Approach (HAPA), this study combined the research of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of physical fitness, and established the Health Weight Loss Action Process Orientation Model, which is a chain-mediated pathway of ideal body type-weight loss intention-plan-weight loss behavior, and weight loss effect, and verified the moderating role of self-leadership in it. In this study, 312 subjects who had the intention of healthy weight loss activities were selected for a one-month follow-up study to examine the mechanism of the effect of self-leadership on weight loss. The process was divided into three time points (T1,T2,T3), with T1 being the initial measurement, T2 being measured two weeks later, and T3 being measured two weeks after T2. The questionnaire was administered once to the subjects at each of the three time points and contained measures of: self-leadership, ideal body size, intentions, action plans, coping plans, weight loss behaviors, and weight loss effects.

The results of the study were as follows: self-leadership moderated intention and action plan and coping plan; self-leadership moderated action plan and coping plan with weight loss behavior and weight loss effect, respectively; but intention did not significantly mediate perception of danger, ideal body size and action plan and coping plan; action plan and coping plan both had a significant effect on intention and weight loss behavior, but not on weight loss effect. The effect of action plan and coping plan on intention and weight loss behavior was significant, but not on weight loss effect.

The results show that the stronger the self-leadership in the weight loss process, the more specific and effectively implemented plans can emerge once the intention to lose weight is created, as well as the corresponding weight loss behaviors that lead to better weight loss results.
