信息技术的发展让教育现代化成为了可能,让教学范围不再局限于课堂,让教学工具不再限制于黑板,给了教学活动更广阔的空间。新课标明确指出,教学活动旨在提高学生科学文化素养,提升学生的探究体验。而信息化教学正是增强学生探究体验、提高学生科学文化素养的重要手段。微课作为信息化教学的形式之一,打破了教学的时间和空间,尤其是在高中物理这一难度较大的学科教学中,起到了非常巨大的辅助作用。近年来,我国教育界进行了微课的各种尝试,发现其在实际应用中仍存在一些问题,微课的理论与实际发展出现了脱节,微课的开发环节比较薄弱,在实际教学中应用度不高。如何实现微课与新课改的有效契合,使之成为辅助教学的有效工具并在实际教学中进行推广是教育界重点关注的问题。 本文在查阅大量文献的基础上,以青海师范大学附属中学为研究对象,结合问卷调查法、访谈法、案例分析法等多种方法,对微课辅助高中物理教学的现状进行了调查研究。 调查发现,微课在辅助高中物理教学中存在使用频率不高、教师微课制作能力不足、学习平台不完备以及缺乏及时的教学评价与反馈等问题。究其原因,这与教师现代化教育理念较为淡薄、缺乏相关微课技术培训、微课普及成本较高、髙中阶段任务重等因素有关。对此,本文以建构主义、混合学习理论、最近发展区理论为指导理论,以《全日制普通高中物理新课程标准》为指导思想,提出了普及微课辅助教学理念、提升微课制作技术手段、微课设计集体化和学习平台智能化、做好微课教学评价与反馈的建议。最后,本文选取人教版高中物理必修一第二章《自由落体运动》这一小节,根据微课的特点设计了教学实践,通过教学实践对本研究提出的优化高中物理微课教学的建议加以佐证,希望能为物理教师在微课这一教辅手段的使用上提供一些参考。

The development of information technology makes it possible to modernize education, to make the scope of teaching no longer confined to the classroom, to make teaching tools no longer confined to the blackboard, and to give teaching activities a broader space. The new curriculum standard clearly points out that teaching activities are aimed at improving students'scientific and cultural literacy and exploratory experience. And information-based teaching is an important means to enhance students'inquiry experience and improve students' scientific and cultural literacy. As one of the forms of information-based teaching, micro-lesson breaks the time and space of teaching, especially in high school physics, which is a difficult subject, and plays a very huge auxiliary role. In recent years, various attempts have been made in the field of education in China. It is found that there are still some problems in the practical application of micro-courses. The theory of micro-courses is out of touch with the actual development. The development of micro-courses is relatively weak, and the application of micro-courses in practical teaching is not high. How to realize the effective combination of micro-course and new curriculum reform, make it an effective tool of assistant teaching and promote it in practical teaching is the focus of attention of the educational circles. On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and taking the secondary school affiliated to Qinghai Normal University as the research object, this paper investigates and studies the current situation of physics teaching assisted by micro-courses in senior high schools by means of questionnaires, interviews and case analysis. The survey found that there are some problems in assisting high school physics teaching, such as low frequency of use, inadequate fabrication ability of teachers, incomplete learning platform and lack of timely teaching evaluation and feedback. This is due to the weak concept of modern education, the lack of relevant micro-lesson technical training, the high cost of popularization of micro-lessons, and the heavy task in the middle stage. In this regard, guided by constructivism, blended learning theory and the theory of the zone of recent development, and guided by the new curriculum standard of physics for full-time senior high schools, this paper puts forward some suggestions on popularizing the idea of assistant teaching of micro-lessons, improving the means of making micro-lessons, collectivizing the design of micro-lessons and intellectualizing the learning platform, and doing well the evaluation and feedback of micro-lessons teaching. Finally, this paper chooses the section of "Free Falling Movement" in the second chapter of the compulsory course of senior high school physics of People's Education Press, designs teaching practice according to the characteristics of micro-lesson, and evidences the suggestions of optimizing the micro-lesson teaching of senior high school physics through teaching practice, hoping to provide some reference for the use of micro-lesson as a teaching assistant means for physics teachers.
