“课程思政”概念是在2014年由上海市教育委员会提出，即将思想政治教育元素、包括思想政治教育的理论知识、价值理念以及精神追求等融入到各门课程中去，潜移默化的对学生思想认知，行为举止产生影响，本文通过分析排球普修课中融入课程思政元素的教学设计，了解教学设计各环节所涵盖的思政元素和融入方式。

研究目的：探究北京师范大学体育与运动学院排球普修课涵盖的思政元素融入排球普修课教学设计的效果。

研究方法：文献资料法、问卷的调查法、数理统计法、专家访谈法。

研究结果：北京师范大学体育与运动学院排球普修课融入课程思政元素教学设计对学生思政素养的提高起到显著作用。

研究结论：北京师范大学体育与运动学院排球普修课具备大量的思政元素，排球教学设计的多元化，德体育人的全面性为排球课程思政提供了重要作用，但当前排球课程思政思政元素与教学内容和方法的匹配还不够准确，其他体育课程思政应与排球课同步进行，形成协同效应。

Conclusion: Beijing normal university sports and sports college volleyball general course have a lot of ideological elements, the diversity of volleyball teaching design, DE sports people comprehensive for volleyball course education provides an important role, but the current volleyball course ideological elements and teaching content and method matching is not accurate, other physical education education should be synchronized with volleyball course, form the synergistic effect.
