大肚须足轮虫是一种进行周期性孤雌生殖的单巢类轮虫。单巢类轮虫是实验生态学和进化生物学中常用的模式动物。大肚须足轮虫的卵不由母体携带,因而更适合用于研究母体对于后代的资源分配等生活史对策问题。但是目前关于大肚须足轮虫生活史的研究很少。而轮虫的生活史主要受到食物浓度和温度的影响。本实验以蛋白核小球藻为食物,在20℃下用单个体培养法研究食物浓度对大肚须足轮虫生活史的影响。浓度梯度为0.4×106、0.8×106、1.6×106、3.2×106、6.4×106、12.8×106、25.6×106 cells/ml。实验结果表明:大肚须足轮虫的存活率和平均寿命在中等浓度下最高。繁殖率随食物浓度的升高而增大,但增大的幅度逐渐减缓。净生殖率与食物浓度呈对数曲线关系,内禀增长率与食物浓度呈S形曲线关系。内禀增长率为0时对应的食物浓度在0.4×106 cells/ml与0.8×106 cells/ml之间,内禀增长率稳定时对应的食物浓度为12.8×106 cells/ml。食物浓度对繁殖前期与繁殖期有显著影响。繁殖前期、繁殖期随食物浓度的升高分别缩短、延长。食物浓度对繁殖后期和世代时间的影响不显著。
外文摘要:
Euchlanis dilalata is one of the Monogononta rotifers who’s reproductive strategies is cyclic parthenogenesis. Monogononta has been used as a kind of model animal in many ecological and evolutionary biological researches. E. dilalata is more suitable for the study of reproductive strategy as the mother does not carry eggs. There is few life history study on E. dilalata at present. The present work investigated effects of food concentration on life history of the rotifer E. dilalata. These clones were fed 7 different food concentrations(0.4×106、0.8×106、1.6×106、3.2×106、6.4×106、12.8×106、25.6×106 cells/ml) of Chlorella at 20℃ by individual culture method. Results showed that survival rate and average life span was higher at medium density. Increase in food concentration result in corresponding increase in reproduction rate. Net reproductive rate is in the logarithmic curve relation with food concentration while innate rate of increase is in the rtSv curve relation with food concentration. Innate rate of 0 increase corresponding in food concentration between 0.4×106 cells/ml and 0.8×106 cells/ml and the steady value corresponding in food concentration of 12.8×106 cells/ml. There were significant effects of food concentrations on duration of preproduction and duration of production. Duration of preproduction shorten and duration of production lengthen with increased food concentration . Unlike duration of preproduction and duration of production, there were no significant effects of food concentration on duration of postproduction and generation time.
